Experience of my next door neighbor sharedas it is.Dear Friends,I had given clothes and quilts for dry cleaning to Time 2 Dry Clean Located in Homes 121 market about a month back.He made delivery of other clothes and suits however delivery of one woolen jacket and a double bed quilt was not done saying that same would be done shortly.Its now almost a month and in spite of my repeated inquiry and follow ups he has not yet delivered my remaining two items. Now he has started saying that I can talk to their factory for the status. Every time he gives assurance of next day but no result. He has never even bothered to call me back on his own to inform me regarding the status and every time I am calling him back. Looking at the careless and insensitive attitude of this person,I have little hope of getting my things back.I will certainly deal with him in whatever way to recover my things however I thought its my duty to inform and caution my fellow residents of this shop services. I am not sure what AOA will do in this.This is for the information of all. Please share with all fellow residents.With Regards,
