However, I must confess that it was the most intelligent and rewarding decision to have hired services of Cleanomatics for painting , deep cleaning and pest control of a Lutyen Zone bungalow to be occupied by a very high ranking official. Their services were unmatchable, highly competitive and most professional,way ahead than Urban Company or any other unorganized sector players in this field. Their standards of quality, competitive pricing and equipments are indeed a cut above all. I have no doubt that Cleanomatics is on the path of soon to be unicorn. I wish them all the very best. I was not satisfied with their delivery date, so I raised an issue. Cleanomatics staff, Ms. Nidhi Paul, handled my complaint admirably by being responsive and helpful. Never choose them for your services. They promise you so many things and will tell you that work will be done in 10 days but they will take 1 month. Also they misbehave when you call them and keep demanding money. Their owner utters bad about clients with their labour. They have provided me worst services and when I asking for help no one help. We used Cleanomatics to clean our apartment in Udita, Kolkata after it was uninhabited for 8 months since my mother had to move to her sisters place at the the height of the pandemic.Cleanomatics did a good job but my mother thought that the bathrooms could be cleaned better to remove the remaining water marks. She notified Nidhi Paul who sent some people over to take care of the problem. They cleaned the bathrooms to our satisfaction so we ended up being very happy customers.I would recommend this company because of their attention to customer satisfaction and taking necessary steps to keep them happy.

Please read my house cleaning experience & then you can think whether you want to go with it or not - totally up to you.I called these guys for pest control service & they had done their job & suggested me to go for house cleaning because there lots of cockroaches eggs available at home so better for you to clean your house. I asked the charges for that & he said with out floor they will charge 2500 & after. Some negotiation then said final price is Rs 2000. So we clean alll wardrobes & kitchen utensils.Next day 2 guys comes at my home & both of them are really unprofessional & asking for increasing the money. Otherwise we will only clean 2 rooms & will clean kitchen & washroom. And they had spent almost 1 & 1/2 hour. Then I need to add Rs 500 & then theyvhad start working. Even after that they did not clean well & missed to clean windows, kitchan fan, 2 wardrobes & didnt carry acit bottle to clean the washrooms.Please think twice to take service from these guys & looks like maximum feedback are fake.

Amazing experience with cleanomatics. Thoroughly professional with lot of emphasis on customer satisfaction. Had called them for deep cleaning, pest control , cleaning of carpet, curtains and upholstery. The best part being, the companys approach to the task. Unlike the other companies operating in the market, cleanomatics sent their staff under a supervisor to carry out an initial survey to understand the scope of the work. Thereafter they gave me an estimate, which I must admit is much competitive in comparison to the one given by the other companies. Once rates were settled, their staff came in time, fully geared to take on the task. It was a treat to watch them pursuing the task. Inspite of competitive rates, there was no compromise on the quality. While I kept looking for some shortcomings, there were none. They used the best chemicals available in the market. Absolutely flabbergasted with their approach to customer satisfaction. The staff didnt leave until I was completely satisfied. Excellent job done by cleanomatics. Kudos to them. Really good services of cleanomatics.We opted for 4 bathroom cleaning and they have done extremley good job.They were really proffessional and i am really satisfied with their work. They sent their team and they were very punctual with the work and polite to us. They cleaned our bathrooms and didnt go from our house till we were 100% satisfied with their work.The job was done very nicely and our bathroom was looking crystal clear. We were trying to find faults but there were none. Unprofessional service... they didn’t even want to cleanup post pest control... left the house in a mess ...also charged 10k for termite plus cockroach pest control (damm.. should’ve gone for urban clap.. it was half the price)the cost of learning who not to take service from
