This was the first one to disappoint us in every manner possible.We still purchased the phone and received a wonderful THANKLESS attitude from the staff. Didnt even feel like thanking the person who dealt with us while leaving. Rubbish environment!

I went there for my getting my phone charging slot fixed.But when I went their the staff was on lunch.So security told.me to wait for an hour.I told one staff(I think he was the manager) about my problem.He said give me 5 mins.He went inside and got my slot fixed which was really hassle free.He didnt asked for any details.Really I was impressed as I thought they are going to charge too.Keep it up guys for your service standards.

The staff is well versed with the phones and its features. Whenever you go there, ask for Umang and he will set up everything for you. He also provided me with his cell number so I can reach him for help whenever I am stuck or need support. The customer service was flawless. The store is clean and has got a nice display.

I didnt like the service here as the number was literally busy for 3 hours straight as if they kept the phone busy to ease there work from calling customers.Personal experience : Not good

New model was not there...which I was looking for i.e. 8T pro ,but service part is good and prompt.

I puraches two phones and they called me by saying that they are open but when I reached there they were providing phones outside the mall at entry gates. And it was too hot out there with no proper seating arrangements at all. They just want to sell their products without customer satisfaction

Great staff and quick delivery of services. The problem was solved within an hour. You can enjoy the coffee while waiting for the repairs to be completed. They provide services even on Sundays which I dont think other companies provide. Well deserved 5 stars.
