Ill not recommend anyone to believe on the warranty provided by them,They are smart to find a way to bypass warranty and extract more money from you.When you call the helpline to book home visit for availing warranty, they will ask you to come to the center. At the center, you are not allowed to enter the service area. So practically you dont know what they are doing and will give you reason to extract more money.From service perspective, the only bright side is that if technician visits your home, you can see what he is doing but at a premium price compared to other service centers.

Fraud company!!. They grab your old screens during the replacement. New screens will hardly work for a few days, and the 6 month guarantee is a complete joke. All sorts of excuses will be provided when it comes to honoring the guarantee. I have requested them to give me back my old screen, if they cannot honor their own guarantee, and I was told that it was discarded on the same day. Are you kidding? Can I not discard my damaged screen? I am sure you guys do something with the old screens. Please look elsewhere for fixing your phones, since this company is not to be trusted.

They dont deserve a single star. They came and replaced battery of my Samsung phone on 22Sep.2020 and the phone battery got puffed up on 23rd Oct.2020 in 1 month whereas warranty for 6 months is there. On contacting they are telling me to replace the battery. 6 months warranty is an eye wash. Please dont get your phones serviced from them. SUPER FRAUD.

The Mobile Phone Repair Center replaced the screen on my sonso one plus one phone today. The service was excellent from my phone Enquiry to my receiving a quote to the friendly reception when I took the phone in to the center, though they have free pickup and delivery. The repair was completed in under 3 hours and I received a text to notify me it was ready for collection. Before I found the Repair Centre I had been trying to arrange repair with another company but was getting nowhere. My son is thrilled to have his phone working again. They are thieves . Dont go for there services. Instead pay little higher prices to cashify. I repaired my phone from them and they asked that they need to take to my phone to office but after 2 days i got to know that they never repaired my phone just did temporary so that it can be done.

The most important part missing from this company is reliability. Technicians seems non professionals. I booked repair for 2 phones. They earlier scheduled visit but no one called and no technician reached. Next day technician called and asked for new timing, at that time as well no one reached. On calling back.. technician said, he will reach in next 1 hour, again no visit.. very disappointing services..

These people are great. I have a LG G5 and I needed the glass infront of the twin lense replaced. Firstly they ordered the part WITHOUT TAKING A PAYMENT UPFRONT, SECONDLY they fast tracked my repair again without taking extra for fast track service and THIRDLY they fitted a screen protector that I DIDNT buy from them with no extra charge. All i can say to these guys is THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND I WILL RECOMMEND YOU TO EVERYBODY THAT I KNOW.Way to Go Buzzmeeh!!

Pls don’t go for any repair with Buzzmeeh. They just cheat the customer by taking phone at their service center showing that they are unable to repair on site and repair temperorary and charge for replacement of part. When you complaint to their owner, they do not respond on the mail. I have put 3 reminders to their owner but they did not respond even. You may loose the performance of your expensive phone with their offers . Rather go with professional service provider.

Dont be fool their provided Mobile screen will damage in 3-4 month, they will call it a physical damage and wont cover in warranty. Totally waste to pay such a big amount, they charge almost double from market price. Sharing own experience, i have faced same issue here.

Very Unprofessional!! After picking up my phone I had to call them multiple times just to get the status of the diagnosis and once I said I do not want to go for repair they stopped responding to my calls even and did not deliver my phone to home even after multiple reminders, ultimately I had to drive to their office to pick up the phone.I did not find this website trustworthy and would not recommend to use it for any services!

Must Recommend Buzzmeeh!!! I cracked and shattered my phone screen a week before my holiday this year and was scared I may not get it fixed in time. A friend recommended this store and so I called up. They said they had the replacement screen. I contacted BUZZMEEH!! I was thrilled, When technician visited within 4 Hrs! Repaired ryt in front of me. Its been about 2 months and my phone/screen still works perfectly!!Sorry for the late review and thank you!

This is fraud company, they just looted the customers. #Buzzmeeh_Fraud #Buzzmeeh_unprofessional Buzzmeeh_Looted.I got repaired (Display Change) my mobile from Buzzmeeh on 31st Aug -2020, then technician ask me to not use till next day as he fix the screen with adhesive, when I checked on 1st Aug my phone screen was not working properly. it showing white line on the scree. I called on customer care and they were responding loudly and badly and saying it can not be fixed, as this is the internal damage. but trust me, when I have restarted my phone first time after getting it from the technician, it was showing lines on screen. I have paid INR 3000 for this display and now the customer care guys is saying this will not be repaired. And once you will pay then then will not even pick your phone no response. this is totall rubbish company. please dont waste your money and time with this company

Being unable to find anywhere local to where I lived even capable of repairing My Iphone, I was delighted to find the Mobile Repair Centre via a Google search and Found Buzzmeeh.comI contacted them on the Friday to confirm they could do the screen replacement. I dropped the phone into them and three hours later they called me to tell me it was done.Sure enough, when I picked it up it was looking like new again.A great job. Very professional and very easy to recommend. Way to go Buzzmeeh!!!!

Just a couple of days back, I have got 2 Iphone X screens replaced. Rep has arrived on the same day within few hours of raising a request. After the replacement, one of the screens stopped working within a few hours, and the other one is having intermittent issues. Called the rep directly who asked for screenshots and video, and I sent both over Whatsapp. Ever since, for the past couple of days, they stopped answering calls, emails and Whatsapp messages. Horrible customer service and a big time fraud. Why promise warranties when you dont honor them? Screens will not last a day! and you charge 5K rupees for such a pathetic quality product?

The diagnosis was quick. The battery swollen pushing the screen out, what caused the failure of it.In less than 2 hours the battery and the screen were changed, and for an affordable price. The telephone is now like a new iPhone. Brilliant service.Must recommend Buzzmeeh!!

If youre looking to work with this company then you might need to recheck your decision. I joined them last year for 2 months and realized that I made the mistake...Their work atmosphere is horrible and they dont even pay you on time, forget about on time. They dont even pay... I havent received any payment for my 2 months.I was sorry for myself on joining this ridiculous company. But I was grateful to the lockdown, when I realized my mistake and proud that well settled now doing great somewhere else 100 times better than buzzmeeh ofcourse.

They will not inform you about anything and just say we will come and repair. At least if you go to nearby shop they will inform you they are putting in duplicate products but here in buzzmeeh they will put in duplicate products without informing. I paid so much for a duplicate battery. I would like to take an informed decision instead of feeling being cheated.Update after 3 weeks of use: They are fraud. Battery performance is pathetic and dies in just 2 hours and on top of it while charging my phone heats up to very high temperature. As it is still under warranty I asked for replacement but they neither pick up calls nor respond to mails. I begged them to come and replace this battery but now they want to take it to their service center. The speaker too no longer sounds the same and this heating issue is the reason behind that so I dont trust them with my phone anymore.I am sure my phone is ruined for good.

Pathetic service... They are not at all professionals. They damaged my mobile while repairing the LCD and were not accepting the fault. Moreover they did not provided support within the first 6 months for which the warranty was given. Now my screen has started coming out of its placeGuys .. genuinely revert are not work taking service. Its a fraud setup

Very poor quality repairs. I had to send my phone back more than 5 times and I continued to face the same issue. They put an extremely poor quality battery inside which wouldnt charge after two days. Trust me you are better off getting your phone repaired from a local shop than this company. Money wasted.

I submitted my phone for replacement purposes but turns out they replaced my motherboard with a faulty one and claimed the screen is absolutely fine. They will steal your phones original parts. One year warranty is a scam to lure you towards purchasing their services. Later when I got my phone examined by the other vendor I was informed the motherboard is recently replaced and the screen is faulty as well.

Got my iPads screen replacement done at a cost of 10500₹. What they given me back was screen wrapped with tape and asked me remove it after two days. When I removed it after a week, screen popped out of frame. Its been 2 months since then I am following up with them. Every time I get the same response Well call you back in 2 hours but I never received a call back. If you call them back they will stop picking up your phone for next 10-15 days. Dont know Mr Puneet Gupta ever looks at these reviews so that he knows how his startup is being sunken.Writing this for others so that they stay away from this.

Hi,Just repaired my Samsung Smartphone from Buzzmeeh. They have replaced the Broken screen with a Fake screenglass which later got cracked by minimal pressure of my hand.Later I inspected the screen with my renowned mobile repair shop and they said the screen was fake and it is not genuine.

Don’t waste your money wit them. A bunch of frauds. Took money, never got invoice and spoiled my iPhone. Never took my calls after they got money. Taking them to court. Would strongly advice people to stay away to save their money and peace of mind

Buzzmeeh is sending Vendors who will CHEAT you by installing screen of very bad quality and high brittle nature. I got the screen replaced on Saturday 6th Apr and the Screen cracked while the Phone was in my pocket. So, this Glass is so brittle that it will not be able to take the Pressure on Walking while it is in your pocket.Their sub standard and low quality Glass could not even work for 3 days and I lost 1900/- I would suggest not to use their service and preferably go for Screen Pro service or the better choice is to get the screen replaced through your local mobile dealer.

I got my screen replaced yesterday and the technician said not to open as the glue is there. When I opened it after 2 hours found it broken and now I am chasing buzzmmeeh team with no resolution. They used to have a good service but quality has gone down drastically. Its better not to use the service for convenience and get it fixed on your own from the market.

Poor quality screen, which shows the watery effect when pressed a little, touch starts working itself, home button misplaced, screen cam off the frame from top corner.Specially the fact that they do not respond for warranty. Friendly with good customer service.Came in for a glass screen and was helped thoroughly to make sure there was no dust or air bubbles on my screen.Worker was knowledgeable about my iPhone X and advised me to not waste my time at the Apple store and even helped out with activating the phone.Super nice guy. I have gotten my Oneplus 5 screen fixed and theyve left it with lots of ghost touch issues and touch lag. Their website states a 6 month warranty and yet their customer service has been most unresponsive and unprofessional not at all assisting in getting my phones screen properly fixed.

Great and professional service. Took my Sony Z3+ in for a screenrepair (it was in shambles). Very informative, he ordered the part inand had it fixed within 45 minutes. One of the worst Service. The will replace your part with fake products and after that they will not provide any type of service. 5 star reviews are paid reviews they will provide discount to give 5 star ratings. Dont use Buzzmeeh.

Service was prompt with sales team calling instantly regarding the issue. Confirmed technician visit same day after 4:30 pm. however technician called back stating he will be delayed and hence would come after 6:30 pm. No one arrives neither any intimation until 8:30 pm when technician called to reschedule the visit to next day. Arrives on the agreed time and gets to work. Replaces the display in about 30 mins time and tests the functionality of the phone. Appeared confident on what he was supposed to do. Haven’t received the invoice yet. Company claims a 6 month warranty let’s hope no issues further.

They are doing scam on a very big level. They just take money and provide poorest services and then there is nobody to help or resolve the issue. They have fixed replaced my original screen with a fake screen and looted me. The staff is only helpful before taking money, after that they dont care.

Azaz came as the technical person for replacement of my screen. He did a splendid job. I really enjoyed the service of staying home and getting my phone repaired in front of me. They even gave me a discount and it felt cheaper than other mobile repair companies to me.
