I visited here with my mum. The barista named Faizal at the counter opposite Charles n keith was extremely disrespectful and had a bad attitude. To top it all the manager had no clue how to handle the situation. All in all bad experience.

Costa Coffee has its main outlet upstairs, and a takeaway outlet (though that too has seating - several tables) on the ground floor. They have a good selection of hot and cold coffees, a relatively more restricted selection of snacks (though their sweets, such as muffins and cakes, generally tend to be better than the savoury). Service and ambience and food quality are erratic - I have been to this place several times to find that while they were open, they werent taking orders (and didnt even let us sit at one of the tables while waiting!), and once when all the chair upholstery had been cleaned and was therefore damp. Dont go with high expectations!

Costa - A good place to chillout & hangout with friends.Simply nothing new but if youre a coffee lover then you will bit disappointed with the taste, but overall you will enjoy.

Its pricier than Cafe Coffee Day right on the floor above but otherwise coffee and ambience is good.

The place has good sitting option although tables should b little but more stiffer as the not fixed and tend to move n u might end up spilling ur drink.Now coming to food tried Date&Raisin Cake, Chocolate doughnut & Blueberry Blast Muffin all these were good but i wont say same about Cold Fappucino as it was below standard.Staff is smart n it was funny how they easily ask u if u wud like to have vanillaChocolate sauce which r two sperate sause and easily add another 100 bucks to ur drink ;)

Nice yoghurt based dessert and chicken sandwiches. It’s small and cosy Though does not have too many items on the menu.

Been to this cafe on sunday. Coffee was pathetic and bad in taste and when we asked for a change they nade it more worst. Its better to make coffee tea at home rather then going there and spoiling everyones mood😠

Overall its a good outlet of Costa Coffee, my only concern is please add more snacks or food items, Im fed up always having same old muffins and cakes.

Where else in the world can you get this in the name of croissant. This is what I was served at costa coffee DLF Mall of India.

All delicacies are superb. My fav- London carrot cake with white chocolate crust. Try it with whipped cream or chocolate sauce.

Most of the time crowded. No Wi-fi facility. King size Cappuccino with extra shot always work for me, indeed good.

No doubt the coffee we get in Costa its amaze . The ambience provided by costa its little bit smooth .

I like this place because of the 4 reasons...1. The quality of coffee here never disappoints me no matter what variety I choose.2. The snacks which are available here are also very delicious.3. The customer service here is awesome the staff here is well trained to deal with customers.4. The pricing of most of the items are very reasonable.

Its Good, open area, sitting area is not that big so a group of friends cannot enjoy or sit comfortably and because its open, noise of other outlets or music can disturb. Coffee is Good, I had a Cappuccino Hazelnut Coffee, the milk is not buttery, Fat-free milk, coffee is soothing, not to strong not to light just perfect but if youre going here with group of friends then its not worth it because of the sitting space.

Nice coffee and good places, but be aware that staff are not supportive. I forgot my bag on seat and when I asked they keep transferring to another staff and different shift staff, they didnt have simple answer no, or some staff to handle missed items or CCTV. DLF mall Costa Coffee seems morally wrong place to spend time.

Ordered Belgium shake and Belgium chocolate chip cold coffee.The worst drinks I ever had. Absolutely bland, Absolutely pathetic.Never order coffee from their cold coffee range.

Ok place

This is my favorite haunt in Mall of India. Also the only coffee shop Ive seen that has employed differently abled/ with hearing/speech impediment staff. Truly that is the biggest draw when you see welcoming staff that goes out of the way to make your coffee experience great at all levels and across all conceivable standards.Being an Inclusion and Diversity leader I love coming here for my cup of coffee almost every time I am in India and back to parental home in Noida.

We ordered chocolate shake for our daughter and that was so much thick in consistency and in it there was so much sugar that no-one could drink it

I ordered a Belgian choco cookie frosting and Bombay style sandwichnwhich were both amazing and delicious. If looking for combos, they have very less combos. The ambience is pretty fair for a decent chit chat session.

I have never ever been so disappointed by costa as I was in DLF Mall of India. Costa had always been my preference but not after this. The coffee was just blunt! It felt like drinking just tasteless junk. And the staff was not bothered to listen to any instructions. It felt useless to ask for replacement as I was worried next one might be a disaster too. All in all, the standard is completely dropped. You can get better coffee just about anywhere else.

Average coffee shop! Nothing great! People here would mostly come to grab a cup of coffee and discuss multi level marketing.

Staff needs better orientation and training as against other Costa Stores , overall a good place and open place to enjoy your coffee

I like this place .... for chit chat ....after roamed for shopping for a long time .... I needed a break to got my energy back .... So drank my hot mocha coffee and nibbled some cookies for refreshments ... Soothing atmosphere over here

Both beverages & snacks are good enough. But Costa Coffee Outlets lack of combos.

I made a hopping visit to this Costa Coffee Restaurant located on the first floor of DLF Mall of India. Got three types brownies and muffins and chicken rolls. The taste of the food was good- when me and my family had at home later. The cleanliness and staff behaviour was polite and appropriate. The cleanliness and ambiance is upto the mark as per the brand standards. It is not a cosy place but an open restaurant with seating/table section on a side inside and in front outside. The payments can be made through e-wallets, besides cash and cards.

This place makes u feel that u having coffee on cosy streets. View is good and yes the coffee also.😊

More than the place its more about whom you spend time with at that place. So coffee being my all time stress buster. At Great india place this place is my favorite place. Hot or cold coffee with a blueberry muffin is my regular pick. Thr best part with mall outlet is that you can enjoy the coffee , company and if you are alone you can enjoy coffee and mall view and walkins

Worst staff and experience.Uncorteous staff specially the counter boy Ahmad. Coffee delivered was not warm. When told at the counter.. The server came well after 2nd reminder and brought back the Cofee as if doing some favour to us.Dined on 4 April 2017 . Bill no 42h17000520
