I fail to understand that why this type of stupids are in this field. Worst cable operator. Only sends his representative for collection of subscription.Very arrogant and Ill mannered person. Always crying that he is running this business in loss. Then why doesnt he shuts this business and start selling peanuts

Worst possible service. Customer service nil. No one lifts phone till 1100 hr. Star should be zero or negative if possible. Discourtious staff at shop. Misbehaving also there.

Disgusting service. More than half of the days cabld doesnt work and they dont pick calls.

Worst customer service, never responds to query and signal goes away every second day. The guy named pradeep is the worst who just ignores the problem ...if planning to work with them you gonna welcome some very horrible experience

Pathetic service! I very infrequently watch cable tv, whenever I do the cable doesn’t work, unauthorised access. Every time I have to call and follow up for a couple of day to get it working. The only prompt thing is their payment collection, the guy would be there on 1st of the month, come what may.

They are fraud ,They take money but dont provide channels according to it
