Hi Comway Team,The issue with services resume seems never ending. Even after making complain regarding services disruption for over more than 48 hours, calling customer care 4 times and raising e-mail. No actions have been taken yet to resolve. Worst Service. Whether you go with 50 mbps plan or 100 mbps plan but you end up getting 5-10 mbps plan. I have changed my plan from 50 mbps to 100 mbps but now getting even less speed than I was getting at 50 mbps. Initially they took more than a week after payment to change the plan and then I complained so many times but they never came to check.

Worst internet service provider.They don’t know how to treat customers.From the very first day i have raised complaint that my Internet is not working and they even don’t care about the complaint.I have called many times to CustomerCare and they said that we will resolve the issue in one hour and then again and again i have to face same problem as they don’t have any solution for this.And when i said to refund my money they refused.

I wish there less than one star to rate this. Youll face continues disconnection issues and their resolution time is never less than 8 hours. My internet is not working for more than 34 hours now and their excuse is its not working hours :D

I was having a comway broadband connection. Due to my transfer, i had placed my request for closing my broadband connection. The Comway executives even took away my WiFi router and other accessories on 22nd June 2021.I was told that i will get my refund of Rs. 2000 within 24-48 hrs. However, it has been more than 9 days and still I havent received my refund.I have even called your customer care number innumerable times in the last week.Pathetic service, highly disappointed.

Hi Guys,I have purchased COMWAYs broadband services in January 2019 when I was looking for some good Broadband connection and it is my first Broadband Connection ..This is performing in the craziest way with cheap price plans as compare to other market leaders/competitors.As I know, this is the Delhi NCR based company and doing well in these days.Performance: In all Delhi NCR , COMWAY is very popular and theyre giving speed as they said. It’s possible that it can be varied according to the routers location. In my case, the router is located in my living area and there its giving downloading speed around 70 - 80 Mbps on 5G network , which is more than sufficient in the plan of 100 mbps with the company fitted TP-LINK router.Services: COMWAY has call centre and even in the COVID situation theyre taking Inbound Calls and giving timely services.On the other hand, in these 2 years of relationship with COMWAY, I just called on the customer care number just 2 or 3 times because of the Local Partners in your area who fit the connection at your location. They will give you their number or you can ask and in case any issue, you just call them, theyll resolve the issue at their end and so quickly..Tip: Do not go with the monthly plan.-Please choose a half-yearly or annual plan.-Pay with Credit Card (if possible).Plan Available Range: 50 to 300 Mbps

I really appreciate the technical team of Comway to resolve the issue within minimum responsible time untill its not a major fault in line. But, in covid lockdown also, their team work relentlessly to support customer issue on time. I love to have such a great network service which resembles ethics for customer satisfaction at top.

1. If you have wfh , don’t even think about comway, their technical team asks for two hours and they call you after two weeks2. On an average you’ll loose network connectivity 4-5 times a week and for a good long time3. Customer support is good for nothing , just a bunch of parrots with generic responses.4. Please don’t invest into long term plans, because there is no refund and no hold in connection (In my case i asked them to pause my connection for two months as i was supposed to leave for some emergency )4.AND yes not to forget ‘dont give a damn attitude’.

Most pathetic internet provider in Lucknow. They take 12 hours to resolve your complain. Youll have to put leave in your office or school as their customer care has a generic replies.Go for Airtel, Tachyon, JioFiber but not this one. Youll get free frustation with Conways service.The positive reviews are from their own staff. So ignore those.

Best Wifi Service, Just by the fact that I didnt have to make a single call for the 6 months plan and it took just 18 hours for shifting when required from the time of request. ( I use internet at least 10 hours a day and never had issue)really liked that next day like service.

I have 4 months 120mbps plan. But every month I use internet only for ~ 20 days. Internet doesnt connect over rest of the days. Comway IT guys have no idea of what the issue is.Every Saturday my internet just gets disconnected and it takes a few days and multiple phone calls in Comway customer service to get it reconnected.

And they will never resolve your problem on time! And every time you contact them and every time they will register your new complaint on urgent basis and promises you some time BUT never stays on their words and you will die contacting them again and again! Then they will simply refuse to give service by saying our teams working hours has been over! Worst Internet Service Provider. This is the 17th day and no internet service I am getting from them. Initially it was an upgrade of services in my area they said, then it became an outage now they are saying its all OK at their end and theres problem at my end. I have made multiple calls and follow ups with the customer service with no result. Made a call today also and someone was supposed to visit in an hour but that never happened and I am still with no broadband service. I recharged their service for 3 months out of which almost 20 days past without service and it is same every quarter. This is my 3rd quarter and for sure the last. I am not going to continue their service and from my experience I recommend you shouldnt as well. Stay safe!

Its the worst service u can get in delhi! I am a student and a streamer and i used to have my online class and cllg class in morning and i stream at night! There wifi can go down anytime of the day and u cant do anything about it! There customer care always say we are forwarding call to technical assistant so plz wait! After waiting for 2-3 hours either u dont get a call back or they will call and tell u that it will work after 2 hours and that also never happen! I am just stuck with it and definitely getting it removed! Just dont waste your money total scam wifi provider.
