Worst place to buy furniture from, I would not recommend anyone to buy products from here. They do not deliver what they promise. There is no proper management for customer concerns.I have ordered some furniture there and paid hafty amount, trust me its not a worth of a penny. Praveen promised me that all my orders would get delivered before 15th Jan. The dining table with three chairs (1 Chair pending) and Cabinet was ready, so it was promised to be delivered within 2-4 days after polishing and trim fixtures. Still, what is received after three days was without finishing. I have attached images for your reference. After raising the complaint to Praveen on it, he said that he would send the guy to do the remaining work on the next delivery (One dining chair and Showcase).Now on 15th Jan, after following up, he said the product is still not ready hence will be delivered on 20th Jan Still, even after lots of complaints and concerns, nothing dispatched until 10th Feb, i.e., 25 days delayed (No value of promises, neither Praveen informed me what’s going on – Worst employee in your company for the customer-facing role).On 10th Feb what got delivered (Showcase) is not of the same quality what was shown to me in the store. Paints are torn from places moreover finishing and quality paint used is not good. And the structure of the Showcase is not the same. Even the 4th dining chair came without polish. On top of that, as I was promised the finishing guy would be visiting me for a previous order, he didn’t turn up (Amazing customer service showcased).Even after all this, I raised these concerns to him, but he’s not ready to take any action or letting me talk to seniors or managers. (According to him, Seniors / Managers do not have time to speak to a customer about all these concerns – wow, fantastic statement).I have attached every image to showcase what was shown and delivered. And even have call recordings from day one and how I was treated throughout.I want to Exchange the Showcase with the original one showed or take this back and redesign it as shown with quality paint. Please take this as of utmost importance as I’m frustrated with your services and quality of products.

Better buy from a roadside carpenter rather than paying high amount to them for their poor service.Unfortunately We purchased a sofa set from them in 2019.Within 2 months we could feel the bumps and springs in sofa seat.One of the seats have actually broken down totally inside even when this is the least used furniture of our home.Its august 2021 and we have been constantly complaining to them , earlier they had an excuse of no labour due to corona.Now they even donot bother to revert to customer.They tortured us during the delivery process as well with very poor service.Their manager has ego issues and he would treat you as if he is paying you to buy furniture.Worst experience of a showroom in terms of quality ,delivery and after sales services.atleast road side carpenter would ask for a reasonable money for low quality These are frauds inside a showroom.Instead go for lifestyle and home decor if you are planning branded furniture.

I purchased sofa set about 84000. But totally bad quality delivered. All seats are sinking , in 1 year only .They only give 2 years warranty on paper but not listen if you approach them. I approached them innumerous times but no one came to inspect the problem.Ab tau sofa pe baithe me b dar lagta hai kahi seat bilkul hi na sink ho jaye.You pay more but dont get what is desired.Please stay away from this store.Everyone money is money.

Sofa cum bed are very popular today. I was also looking on for me, but wooden sofa-bed was not my choice. Saw Johann sofa cum bed and ordered it instantly. I have ordered few products before, so I was not worrying regarding the service. It got delivered on time and now beautifying my living room.

I bought the bed and within a week one leg broke. Material used is completely 3rd class. Infact the labours are completely unskilled. Price might attract but dont fall for it. I regret not going through these reviews before i bought the bed.

They are for trap. Very bad quality and no service after sale. I have purchased a sofa from them at delivery day they asked full amount post that they will deliver it from factory. I asked for sofa here in furnstyl office but they denied, respond that it will on extra cost. I paid full amount and when I got delivery, found that 2 cousins are missing. Once I called they they respond that they dont have its fabric and they cant help. Can you imagine this response from them. Once I tried to call them their owner they are really bad on phone. they directly respond that its like this only and we cant do anything. Even after 1 month of sofa, all stiches are opened, once I called them they clearly respond that we dont have time and well no do anything.Mr Raunak and his wife who are owner of this store are fake guys. They opened his branch in sec 10 as well but it windup in few months as there was a case on them and forced to close their sec 10, noida branch.So my advise to you that never ever go with their services. Think multiple times before visit them.

One can easily attract by their collection, but quality is very very poor. We brought sofa and its leg got broken on the very first day. Its more than 6 months now, after number of complaints, they dont bother to repair. Mr Praveen, the manager is a big liar. He said that workers are busy in making new sofas, they dont have time for repair or maintenance. Then why they gave 2 years warranty?Dont go for look only, also check for quality before buying anything.If there is option for negative rating, I would prefer to give that, because even local shops furniture dont break on the very first day.

They are absolute fraud.Last week I bought computer table and chair from them. I found computer table broken on delivery.They assured me of replacing or at least fixing it in another day or so but it never happened. Now they have stopped picking my calls. Suggest not to buy any thing from them.

I have bought Sheeham study table and office chair for them. Both of them had quality issues when arrived. They had sent some carpenter to sort the issue of table and chair but issue with chair was not fixed properly. After calling them multiple time they stopped responding and Praveen even stopped taking calls. Dont buy anything from them their warranty thing is misleading, they dont keep their promises.

Purchased an L shaped 3 by 2 fabric sofa a little over two years back. The sofa had stainless silver studs which caught rust within a month. I called the owner several times, but they do not provide any service once the product is sold. Within this short period, most of the seats have caved in, and one can feel the wooden/ plywood framework now. I paid a hefty sum during purchase, even after some stupid promotional discount. Should have known then that i was buying trash. Dont go by the five star reviews written by friends and well wishers of the owners, and by fake rating agencies. If you want good quality furniture, try your friendly neighborhood carpenter or maybe urban ladder if you want to pay more. Also, please specifically read the one and two star reviews, and the nasty rebuttals written by the haughty arrogant owners. For example, they will ask for proof of purchase, as if that somehow absolves them of their pathetic incompetence. As for the poor but genuine buyers who have given 5 star reviews at the insistence of the owners, to them i say, just wait for a few years, and you will take down your own reviews. I have written more than 30 reviews on google, and a majority of them are highly positive. So dear readers, i have good reason for sharing my experience, because while it will not bring my money back, i can save others from having my sordid experience. So, I will now wait for a hateful and meaningless response from the vile owners. Even in this age, truth sometimes triumphs. They cannot fool all the people all the time.

Good sofa. It has been a good match for my home interior. The only gripe is it should be made of faux sambar leather rather than rexine to improve the longevity and durability of the sofa. Can rate 10 on 10 bases of design, the material used needs improvements though!!!

Purchased modular kitchen and wardrobes from them. Finishing was very bad, with broken mirrors etc..There was no designing or planning. Any carpenter would have done a better job. The product installation was promised in a week and was done in two months. The only thing they are prompt is in taking payments. The two stars is given only because the accessories were provided of the brand as promised. However, the workmanship, planning, designing etc is terrible. Overall a bad experience.

I purchased one customized tv unit and one coffee table from furnstyl which got delivered in the end of December month 2018 and within one and half month of the delivery,each and every joint started opening up. I am trying to get in touch with people from last 2-3 months but they do not pick up the call. I shared few pictures on whatsapp with the concern person, who gave us the assurance of quality. After that i have called so many times, but all i am getting to listen is that they do not have any answer from their production team yet. They charged exact 40k for the scrap they delivered and now no one is there to look in to the issue. I am writing this review after so many calls and follow ups with them.Also,I am attaching the pictures also for reference. I guess all their positive reviews are fake coz with this kind of quality no one can put positive reviews.

Price may lure you to Furnstyl and you may end up purchasing furniture, but dont expect any further post sales service. Even they cannot match the colour of tapestry if its damaged during delivery. Least one can expect support from a seller if theres a alignment issue with the box bed, and the latch doesnt close, but the response you get from Furnstyl, they cannot locate the person who can fix the bed… so youd need to basically live with a broken or misaligned piece of furniture coz youve spent a couple of thousands on it and lament on your decision.

Worstttt!!! I hv bought one sofa set and one couch 4 months back and 15 days back.Horrible quality. Both things have started very bad finishing and cushion mattress has been pressed at no of places. Used it once or twice the legs and chairs area getting cracks from everywhere and contacting customer care of no use they are not even helping. Horrible experience. They will sell products which have no quality check. Don’t go by the size of showroom or smiling faces. Purchased two sofas worth 1.75 lakhs from them. On day zero one of the support leg of the sofa broke. It took them 15 days to get it rectified after numerous follow up. In one of the follow up I was blamed for mishandling the product. Sofa leg has never came out of my old sofa set even after 4 shifting in past 8 years. Cushions were convienetly not delivered for one of the sofa set even after receiving all the payments. It took me 15 days to get 4 cushion along with sofa. Paint of one of the sofa leg is already chipped and is looking like made by some road side carpenter. I think the same quality can be delivered in far less the price. Totally not recommended. Even the guy who came to repair the sofa ignored the paint coming out. Owners are not ready to take the onus as whenever you call them they are out of station or assumed the things would have been done of their own. They promise to give guarantee of two years, when they can’t even guaratnee their quality for two days.Will update review if after reading there is some action from there sideI am not surprised with the response below for the team, Probably we were not maintaining the right moisture level and am sure will be careless with my new furniture so much that the leg will come out and will keep the same under water so that the paint start chipping off. We had a very very bad shocking experience. At the time of purchase they assure you many things but later deny warranty services. On writing reviews here and sending email to owners I was sent defamation threat mail with copy to their advocate.Since I too was ready to defend defamation suite after consulting my lawyer, the owner cooled down and agreed to get stuff rectified but its almost a year now and he is not picking phone or ready to do any repairs.They use their friends, family, carpenters and college friends to improve their Google ratings. The lady co-owner is very rude, if you call or go to their showroom to complain she literally shouts out at you. She shouted on my wife and started abusing her and asked her to get out of showroom.I would advice buyers to first check their educational background. Theyre educated and qualified to deal such situations so not any easy nut for simple down to earth buyers to handle, you may not be able to fight court cases

Bunch of liars, sold me a defective piece, promised teak finish on Sheesham wood delivered a dark coloured defective damaged piece. soiled cushions, and no Bill despite the fact that i paid though my card. Staff was very rude when my wife spoke with them They are probably avoiding taxes, recycling old furnitures. Save yourself, Dont get trapped.

Very pathatic experience. Bought dining table in Jul 2016 with 2yrs warrenty nd product delivereled after a long long wait in Aug 2016. From its very first look the delivered item was very very low quality compared to what we selected in showroom. Since then it was our every weekends ritual either call Mr Ronaq or his partner Ms Jain for after sales service support. Indeed Ms. Prerna Jain whos fake review you can see here is so rude even with females and makes sure everytime you feel insulted for calling her. Many a weekends we had to skip our family outing as Mr. RONAQ is always give promises but never deliver. when asked at time of delivery, assured that he is there if any prob comes but its just sales pitchSince our buy weve faced all sorts of issues. After much ado they took our dining table once to their factory but returned in an even worse condition and bad finish. We daily face lot of issues related to polish, Chairs cushionings, smoothness turned in very bad shape after 5month of usage nd since then we are following up with him for doing repair work nd there is no responce. At time of purchase he took full advance payment nd product was delivered after 1month. Do not go to this...they r full liers nd cheaters.

Very modern and beautiful designs. Some of the best furniture I have seen in a very long time.

False Delivery commitment, very poor after sales services, i have to waste my 3 hours to get sofa inside my house (that’s after furnstyl team took the measurements on site) , charged me for the labour (earlier it was all inclusive).
