Bought wonderchef granite purple wok with lid 24cm...its only 1month happen coating on the product start coming....one of the worst product and worst brand...the showroom people are full of liar ....the product has 2year warranty and product coating coming within 1month....Pls dnt buy this brand as its worst product i have ever seen in my whole life....will go to showroom with this pathetic and worst product and if showroom peiple denied in changing i will move to consumers court soon

Coating came out just after 2-3 uses. Coating got bubbles. I am so disappointed with such a big brand, moreover I purchased the whole set. Called customer care many times but no solution, they will just give you suggestions - how to use it, how to wash it etc. Cmon, this isnt the first time I am using such products. Previously I had prestige collection, it was awesome. But wonderchef is waste of money and i will never recommend it to anyone of my acquaintances.

Received the #wonderchef #tabletop #dishwasher 2 days ago but unable to use it because the manual is incomplete and does not have any details related to the use of the detergent, where to put it and general instructions are also lacking. I called customer care twice and both the calls were disconnected after hearing the product dishwasher, third time the customer care executive agreed to have no information about this and said he will open complaint. Not happy with the product line.

The worst company and the products are of very bad quality this is my request never purchase the products of wonderchef company. I can never imagine that sanjeev kapoor a indian person is selling these products. When u will call to customer care they will say we are not responsible .

I bought a Wonder chef mixer grinder about 1 month ago through Amazon which failed to work after 3 days and therefore e mailed them to repair the same under WARRANTY but NO RESPONSE from them so far. Its plain cheatiing. I have no alternative accept to approach the CONSUMER COURT now.

You dont respond to customers complaint.. You people are sham your products are sham.. They sell defective products shamelessly, will not reply to your mail, will keep on stalling you if you call until you get tired of all the negativity and and just want to give up on the mental harassment. Do not make a mistake of trusting them, Sanjeev Kapoor is running the online scam, coming up with ways of looting people. Just very bad experience I had which is unfathomable in todays tech environment where consumers buy online entrusting the online seller, they are ruining the name for everyone who sells online.
