Great food. It was so delicious.

I love eating from here! They have good food and it’s not expensive at all! For 20 bucks you can get a family meal and eat on it for a couple of days! I do suggest you try them because it’s so tasty! I will be going back when I crave chicken again!

Pathetic quality of chicken zinger, and every other item related item to chicken, these guys have really dropped the quality and flavours, its like KFC zero (coke zero) version of real KFC.

Horrible experience they serve completely tasteless food. On Wednesdays they dont even have Wednesday offer. Quality of food was worst , quantity was normal. I wont recommend this outlet. I had my worst kfc experience here.

Our experience at this outlet was so so.This is like any other outlet and provides the same menu to choose from. But the staff here isnt that good which disappointed us.Ambience:This outlet is a part of the food court in DLF Mall of India. There are many other branded food chains here so that you get something out of every where. There is ample seating available since its a huge food court.Payment method:As for the payment debit/credit cards or cash cards or paytm are the available options of making the payment. Generally speaking this place doesnt accept cash and so either card or getting a card from the desk for cash are the options available.Unprofessional Staff:The staff was disappointing owing to the irritated staff which was behaving so different I personally didnt like ordering here at this outlet. The staff doesnt guide or greet you well. Specially the staff I had on the counter behaved as if he was doing me some favor by taking my order. Highly disappointing and dissatisfied. I didnt like the attitude of the staff here they should work towards the training of the staff to be polite and decent.Besides this we had asked him to replace the coke with krushers which he didnt do at the time of ordering. Irresponsible staff and what was further irritating was instead of apologising to me since, I brought to his notice, he apologized to a male friend of mine over looking me. Shame! He thinks women doesnt need to be apologised. This was sad.Food:We ordered a half and half meal combo and the chicken was good. But since we wanted to replace the coke with krushers and owing to the irresponsible staff who didnt care to take the order properly. It was disappointing. Rest the chicken was juicy and tasted great.

The standard and low price zinger burger tastes good. The place is always loaded with long queues, although the quality seems to be going down. They have stopped doing the spicy grilled but have a milder version of it.Food is fried so wont recommended for a healthy meal. Staff is not cooperative during rush hours. Wheel chair accessibility is there in the mall and even in the outlet.

Once upon a time KFC used to serve the best chicken but gradually its quality has deteriorated primarily due to the staff deliberately not serving freshly prepared chicken in their various items. The chicken popcorn served at this outlet along with the popcorn loaded fries had stale popcorn which was soft on the outside and rock hard inside (whereas it shouldve been the other way round) and that spoilt the overall experience.Having said that, I still love KFC hope to God they stop this practice of serving stale food and regain their lost glory.

I happen to visit #KFC @DLF Mall of India a week ago to grab a quick meal along with my friend. We ordered different vegetarian meals. The tray that was handed over to me was also color-coded as green. However, when we sat down to relish our food, we realized that one of the burgers was a non-vegetarian one. We had also asked the staff to cater us different fizzy drinks but she poured both of our glasses with Pepsi. On noticing the same, I went back to the counter, assuming theyd change the things as per the bill. Ironically, the staff (in question) only changed the non-vegetarian burger and beverage, least bothering to see what burgers were initially ordered. And she served us the same Cheezy Crunch burger even after I asked her thrice if these two burgers are different! She simply said the packaging are the same for these both. Ironically, both the burgers had a price difference but by serving us the same burgers she also didnt bother to see what was paid for and what was served to the customers! Definitely not going back!!

This store is located in the top floor and food court of MOI. The staff is professional and knows what they are serving. Tried their CHIZZA and found it to be much hyped. Some cheese sauce/cheese filler was poured over the pieces of simple crispy chicken along with some veggies. If you eat their crispy chicken with a cheesy dip, it will taste similar.My personal favorite is still the Hot wings which are really hot

Quality is Just ok.In case they are short of the product, they try to arrange it taking the responsilbility.The place is easily reachable and has ample space for parking.Cons - Crunch of varieties, traditional and quality products. Lake of professionalism. Too much rush and lack of sitting area.

The place to avoid.. They have no work ethics and no concern for ur time. Always regret visiting this place. KFC is good but this outlet is best to avoid.

Their chicken bowl and popcorn are my all time favorite. However, I thought of trying their latest released, smoky fiery grill chicken.I must say, it was a bit of disappointment.There is no difference between their already existing fiery grilled chicken and the new release. On the contrary, the wings are so small that itll get over even before you realize you had something.A dish that can happily be given a miss.

Yesterday I visited Kfc sector 18 Noida branch and I had a worst experience because the staff is highly unprofessional,When I entered then I asked a question about the discounts they are providing and there was a staff member named SEEMA was unaware about the offeringThen I ordered and paid and i didn’t even got the hot items, then I asked for extra gravy that I ordered and paid for, they took the payment and didn’t gave me the gravyLater when i complained them that food was not the hot and neither you gave me gravy , then the Staff member named SEEMA started smiling and replied ki “APKO ORDER DENA NAHI AATA”I personally request and suggest everyone to not to visit this branch as they are just befooling the customers and making fun of usThis is how they are treating the customers and showing the respect.Highly disappointed

Very bad taste and uncooked chicken. With this quality I got stomach pain and infection after eating chicken from Crossing Republik KFC Centre. Uncooked and test less chicken they provide me. If you want stomach infection or ulcer disease then order from here. Most of times I ordered from here. My experience is good but this time very bad. I will ask Zamoto to refund my case.

SCAM. Please be VERY CAREFUL of the billing at the counter.There is a girl who does SWINDLING BIG TIME. SHE pretends you have her a Rs.200 note when you give her a Rs.500 note. She us a regular and the manager is probably aware of this. I have caught her doing it atleast 3 times.

Place is in dlf mall noida food cours in 4th floor. Quick and fast service, but do check for your order before eating as sometime there might be a miss match as place is crowded especially on weekends and holidays. Staff is helpful and rectify any issue quickly.

Taste is not up to the mark here. And service was too slow. I got my order taken in about 15 minutes I think.

I have ordered two spicy chicken zinger burger with French Fries n other addons however the burger and french frie which is received both were cold and soggy hence i requested to give me the fresh meal however on second time as well burger was cold only the chicken inside was little warm, french frie was good this time. Very poor experience and will never return to this outlet in future.

One of popular joints here...I perhaps do not have taste to appreciate KFC stuff...Being a Punjabi prefer my own roasted chicken, tika, chicken curry or butter chicken n biryani to their tasteless fried stuff with their typical flavourings...I dont even find their prices good enough for value...A zinger is no match even to cheapest burgerking …Deal of the day too is nothing interesting if it means adding coke n French fries...No harm in trying smokey red wings...always some offer is available to improve your experience.

This KFC has been hopeless over the years, about cleanliness it seems they have not done cleaning in months and hot wings were such as if they have bought it from some close by vendor.. Extremely bad preparations.One should avoid going there.

Never coming back againThere was no people at all. About 2 people ordered before us, totall of 4 people with me and my friend. (We ordered just 2 wings and a flammin wrap). Had to wait for 10 minutes for wings, and they were not wings as they advertise, they were just small pieces with almos no meat and all soaked in oil. Wrap was good, but half burned.There were mess everywhere, trash on the floor, no forks, napkins or anything.Lady who took our order after 10minutes of waiting just simply throw wrap with wings just inside the bag. No paper plate, or even a tray. Half of wrap was oily because of being in the same bag with those wings.Even we were dine in, not take away customers, no one ever asked and served us like, well you can see.:)
