Horrible staff! Its like people at the counter are oblivious to you.

It is 5 min walking distance from Noida sector 16 metro station. Speed post service is available 24 hours here. One guy can submit maximum of 5 parcels at a time, then again he should go back in queue.

Speed post closes usually at 3 pm so plan accordingly. The staff is very very rude. Typical sarkari nauraki nautanki

Very organized, smooth operation

Timings changed as informed by lady working there (New timings 9:00 - 4:00). I reached at 8:15 pm, but they refused to service. Unfortunately even the timings on India post website are wrong.

This post office has 3 counter which takes less time to post any thing from here and the staff have good speed in working to handle the customer .

Speed post service is open 24/7 here but staff is very slow working.Ensure you have enough time when you come here minimum 0.5 to 1 hours approx. staff members busy in their personal work.The place is situated near noida sector 16 metro station (walking distance).

Service is good but staffs attitude is no good, they misbehave, they treat to customer like Indian post is their own property. Specially there is a young lady working her behavior is third class.

Of late, despite being a 24x6 center, staff is oft not at the speed post counter. Forget the attitude and queue issues, I know what to expect of speedpost, these guys take the cake on incompetence with neglect for package care and consumer rights. Tracking typically takes two days to go live.

Office opens at 9 am and most of the services like Parcels etc starts from 9am onwards and can be done until 5pm. The lunch timing is between 1pm-1.30pm and 1.30pm-2pm (as there are 2 counters). Meanwhile speed post service is available for 24hrs (though I never tried that).Apart from carrying your own glue/adhesives and pen, do carry some changes(in 10₹ 5₹ denominations) else they will ask you to wait to have your remaining money or worse they wont take your parcel at all. It really irritates when you are in rush and have to wait even after having everything in with you.Mostly things are done within 15-20 mins.

Speedpost facility is available 24x7. Shortage of staff as 2 out of 3 counters are mostly unattended.It is always overcrowded after 4 PM. Waiting time may last upto 1 hour.

If You want to deliver your parcel in india or through out the world at cheap rates., then you are at the right place. The place is situated near McDonalds.
