BB has very strategically organized the floor in such a way that you can address your needs by urself, almost all of the things u may need is available there. In case u need some assistance plz do follow the planogram and one can find everything, section wise.Personally I found section 21 a bit cornered and lesser depth in the merchandise was observed. But still hats off to the planning and execution of the store floor SOPs.

Best place to buy monthly items here. Like other supermarket this is also having products of all types. They offer some discounts on the products as well on timely basis. Look wise products are arranged in good manner. Counter is sometimes very much crowded which is making customers hectic to do billing. But overall its good to spend time and purchase products of all types from here.

I have visited so many Big Bazaar outlets across India but this at DLF Mall of India is well managed. It has enough space and sections are divided in a nice way. All the iteams are available here from clothes to groceries to eatables to cakes+sweets+pasties.Quite a nice place to do shopping with family and friends. Its at basement 1.There are lot of variety of clothes, shoes available here. I liked eating pasties, Dhokala here.

This place offers a wide range of products , you name it and they have it from clothing to fruits , fresh vegetables to basic home requirements products .there all time discounts always keep u hooked coz there sale is not to be missed .. they offer particular things at throw away prices . Multiple brands so that u can choose n pick the best one for urself and family .

This is regarding their cafeteria in the far end of the new DLF Mall of India. Very very poor service. Extremely poor. Only one person at cash counter. Who was extremely slow taking 7 to 10 minutes per customer. One person at delivery counter. As slow as the other one. They cut the bill then you can collect your eats. The people who want stuff packed are in the same line with the ones who want to eat there. So you can just keep standing and waiting your turn. If you’re looking for a quick bite drop the idea. To eat 1 paneer cutlet you need half hour of waiting in different queues..

Yesterday I visited the store and my experience was more than pathetic. Staff there are unaware of ongoing offers and schemes. I did shopping for above 6000 and asked the billing lady if theres any offer on shopping above 6k she denied. Later I found somewhere mentioned that 1 kg sugar is free for 12 months in future pay for shopping above 2000. I asked the lady to redo my bill into 3 times with different numbers she told me once billing is done its done for lifetime. I requested the area manager who already heard my conversation as he was standing right there. He was more adamant than this lady and started argumenting. I preferred to end this conversation as u already knew he was as good as nothing.A second incident that happened was I purchased my anniversary cake that was kept in the show case as I was already getting late do had to pick up whatever was there. After doing the payment I was expected my cake to be handed over. A chap came from the kitchen and told me that the cake was not fresh and it will take another 10 mins to make him a fresh one. After 20 mins when I asked them for a refund rthe very moment I received my cake. My energy was spoiled as well as my anniversary day. I would recommend u people not to visit BB as they have less informed staff, things out of stock and many more.

Now Big Bazaar isnt what it used to be earlier. You wont find any relevant products, hardly any offers are available and is less crowdy. Even the staff available is very less and customers have to wait for like 10-15 min to get their itinerary billed. Could be due to Covid-19, but I doubt! One can still visit if they want some fresh vegetables, fruits and breads as they are easily available in store that too at cheaper price.

Excellent shopping experience and good customer service.. they were out of Almonds on the shelves. But the sakes staff went out of their way and got the Almond packet form their store room and gave it to us at the billing counter ..

It is one the biggest big bazaar , which is located in the first basement of the one of the largest mal in india i.e Dlf Mall of India.It is having all the kind of products which are required in daily routine weather it is about fasion,grocery ,fruits , footwear, utensils etc and also having good no of billing counter to manage the over crowding at the one counter.

Place is good, for shopping, hanging, chilling,time pass, romaing in mall specially Sunday have fun, good crowd, almost basic neccarry iteam will will be available within 500 meter of mall, food, metro, bar,zym,etc
