Had the worst retail shopping experience in Zardosi . It was so bad that I will never go back to that store.Store and the staff has disappointed me a lot. This store has downright rude employees completely refusing to complete the order despite taking the money in advance. I highly recommend all future buyers to refrain from going to this store .

Worst shopping experience.Post purchase services are extremely Poor. Clothes are not delivered as committed.Behaviour of the female staff is very rude and bad. I was perused to purchase ladies suit cloth and they also took stitching charges. After a week they inform the cloth is not sufficient for salwar . They refused to refund the money and staff was very rude. Please do not go for shopping to Zardosi store,if you don’t want to be cheated. Owner is never available in the shop. Staff also doesn’t share the contact details of the owner. Even if you write the mail to them their is no response. Nobody is bothered about customer. They cheat and misbehave.

They are one of the worst people when it comes to customer service.The staff is extremely rude and if you try to persuaders, they start shouting and use abusive language.All staff is same but worst behaviour is of Ms Divya Khanna. She needs basic training on eticates.We sincerely urge all you  to stop buying from these unprofessional people.

One of the worst service providers .customer is buying costly article and they cant even deliver it .seen same product on other sites much cheaper and the lady on the counter saying other big brands copied their designs .pathetic . definitely will take action .

I rarely do comment, but people please be aware. they are one of the worst people when it comes to customer satisfaction. We tried changing our clothes within their policy,but they still treated us so rudely. i sincerely urge all yoh guys to stop buying from these unprofessional people.

Best ever collections.

Well, one of the worst places to go for buying clothes. All they care about selling, once sold if the customer has any issues they wont carw. I bought my grandma something from there, she tried to get it changes the next day,they treated her so rudely and troubled her, that she left the clothes and just came back home. Worst experience ever!!

Google says that the store opens till 9. Struggling with the traffic, unable to find the store we reach the store at 8:45.Requested the staff to let us in and we were told that the store is closed.When told them that we checked before coming they said we need 15 minutes for the closing to which i told them change the timing on google. The lady in the store with a lot of attitude and air says “OK”.I want to know from the owners of zardozi that do you have any idea how much business is being declined with your staff behaving like this? Soon after i went to another store n spent 50K.This 50K would have been yours but no your staff decided to behave otherwise.Whatever happened to the customer care we get at meena bazaar/bombay selection/FabIndia/Anokhi.If your sales and revenue is going down, here’s the reason y!

Pathetic customer service. They dont owe up to their mistakes and argue when pointed out. Very rude. Try avoiding it if you can. They show diffferent material and make the cloth out of a cheaper one.
