Bought a nice wall clock. The store staff was so helpful and nice. It was wonderful purchase experience. The clock has a very subtle glow in dark. Happy customer.

Bad service when I went for service of my Dad watch of Seiko which was 20 years old the salesman was not giving good response.Seiko must take care of service also only selling new product is thier goal and service was very bad.I have many watches of multi brand but never seen such bad service as SEIKO.Its better to buy Tissot, Fossil, Casio watches

The Watch collection is Awesome and i loved this brand since i was a kid but unfortunately the support for parts is very poor so be careful if you are buying this brand in India then you may have to wait too long for parts if required.

Unauthorized Repair Center.Had a terrible experience.I went there to change the battery of my watch.After the batteries were replaced, i was informed that there is something wrong with my watch and the date wouldnt change using the crown. I had changed the date in the morning and it was fine then.On asking for the bill, the person who changed the battery refused saying that he works privately in SEIKO showroom and the repair shop isnt owned by SEIKO. This wasnt informed earlier. Also, he later tells me that the battery is of Sony and not of Seiko.
