Bought Raleigh thruster from them at a very expensive cost of 20,000 (Bargained). They told me the real cost of the price is 22,899. I don’t know if it’s true. Also, the pedal got broken within a week of 3 rides.My biggest mistake was to tell them my budget. If you ever go, check all the cycles by yourself and go for that one which you like. I saw many cycles which were way better than mine and cheap.Also, they don’t feel any guilt for this issue. The store owner was busy doing his work and didn’t even show any concern. I feel that the cycle is used cause this doesn’t happen with a new cycle. Anyhow, I would advise you to go to some other store probably sector 9 and never tell your budget. Just tell them the range. They will force you to buy but always buy if you feel satisfied.

Very nice store. They have variety of bicycles available at all price ranges. Service after sale is awesome. The owner is well behaved and polished person. He gives you the customized bike well suited to your purpose. One of the best shops I have ever come across.

They are fraud. They sold a frog kids bicycle. The seat developed cracks after 2 months. They had committed a full body warranty of 1 year. After notifying them about the issue, they stopped picking my calls. PLEASE AVOID BUYING FROM THIS SHOP. BETTER GO TO DECATHLON IN DLF MALL OF INDIA

Beware !!!! I bought cycle today for my 3 years old son. They sold at Very expensive rate of Rs. 5000/- for such as small cycle. They bargained from 5600/- to Rs. 5000 , but that also is Very expensive. I later realized that I have paid the amount much higher than the products worth. I do not recommend anyone to shop from there as they charge anonymously any amount and then bargain 500-600 Rs. Thats their tactic.

The person knows what to provide as per needs... Provides better discounts also. . Can give you detailed description of every little thing which is worth your time(he gave me details of different brake system when I told him I wanted to drive fast in city) .. In the end, I purchased a completely different cycle than the one which I had gone for. After a complete year, I am proud to say I got the best cycle at best price in market.The best part is after sales service.. Each and every call to owner was responded with respect (even when he was lying on hospital bed).. Even after one year when I went to store, they serviced my cycle properly and were courteous.

Beware of this store: They increase their sales on Sundays, but dont give service on Sundays. Sales is more important than service. Their service personnel are crooks, once the sale is through, their tone of talking changes.

Wide variety of bicycles. Compared to the availability at Decathlon, the options may be less but the built quality and riding comfort are pretty superior. The staff here is really knowledgeable about the work they are doing. Buy the cycle from here, though avoid buying add-ons.

Their pricing is very high. And they start embarrassing you if you do not buy from them. The staff was rude. They have to learn how to behave with customers whether customer is buying from them or not.

Wonderful I bought tsurugi

Theyvare authorized Firefox dealer and have some other brands too. These guys would only sell you what is genuinely required. Here servicing costs INR 650+tax which is quite high than other stores. For accessories would recommend check nearby Decathlon store though.

We had a very bad experience with this stores sister store i.e. Rajesh Cycle ,Sector 9 Noida.The staff was very rude, disrespectful and unapologetic . All this happened in front of the one of the owners of the store . And she dint even said a word .Sales guy got very angry and rude, and shouted on us when we said we cant go with the price offered .Highly disappointing and unprofessional behaviour .After this we went to another shop of this Rajesh Cycle group, FIREFOX CYCLOFIT ( we were not aware of that) . And while random conversation we told them about what happened with us at Rajesh Cycle sec 9. Even that guy was not accepting that it can be a mistake on their end . Later after billing we got to know that the two stores belongs to the same group . We really felt cheated .Cycle price was ₹ 18000.Also the guy at firefox store removed the branded cover from cycle and put a local one . Initially he promised us to give the branded seat cover .Added higher amount for mud guards in the rough bill and gave us some local n cheap quality product . When we calculated that rough bill The difference was only of 175 rupees . Still he removed the firefox cover from the cycle .We dint expecte anything from them on the cycle price but an apology of their staffs behaviour. But they were not even bothering .Such a big name with this unprofessional behaviour n attitude . 😣😣😣😣😕😕😕😕

Lovely shop with lots of options in cycle with great and affordable price. All age groups cycles are available. Rajesh and cyclofit guys are great.

Great shop with exceptional staff. Great after sales help, ext. have had my trek for a year and a half and anytime I bring it here they make sure it’s in good working order, no charge if I’m making a separate purchase and all it needs it’s a few minor things as opposed to a full tune up. I broke my front break while ridding around Delhi and still had to ride my bike back to grater noida. I stoped to see if they could help with a quick solution because I doesn’t have much cash let on me and I had left my CC at hostel. He put new breaks on , same brand as before “about 5999” inr and all I had was 500 cash to make it back to GR noida. He let me go without charge and just asked me to pay when I return to town, because driving it in that condition was too dangerous. I’ll never forget the great and friendly service I receive here every time.
