Nice service. Got the hair dyed for first time and job well done

Please dont go to affinity express salon in Dlf Mall Of India for a haircut!! I know everybody is keen to get a hair makeover and my sister did a mistake going there! She went for a trim and they used a trimmer to trim the length ( Did not even use scissor) and shortened the length unevenly and than messed it up completely. Her hair looks so bad, Such a bad experience. Please Please please DO NOT GO THERE!!!....BEWARE!!!!

My wife wanted a specific style for her hair cut, she met the master stylist here and showed him some pics of the style she wanted and I must say the guy was able to do a decent job. Well behaved staff and comparatively better prices. All in all, had a good experience here.The place is located inside mall of india, noida. Parking here on weekends or public holidays is an issue.

Enter this salon at your own risk ! They are not following any protocols for COVID safety. No body is wearing a mask, not even the hair dressers ! Also the hair dressers are snobbish and misbehave when you highlight their mistakes/oversights. They also dont give you receipts for the money you remit them, so god only knows what their accounts are like.The Usher at the Reception - an Anjali is most rude and unprofessional. On requesting her to wear a mask, she shot back rudely saying that those who are afraid should not come to the salon and that this is how things are at the salon. This was so surprising and derogatory !Their housekeeping staff roams around the premises without masks and even sit on the couch placed in in the waiting area without realizing how big a risk they pose to their clients or the patrons seated.Please stay away if you care for your life. They are misleading clients by sending out pictures showing that hair dressers are wearing PPEs and Face Shields, whereas the reality that they are not even wearing masks !!

Untrained staff giving hair cut! Messed my long hair to a bit that I can’t keep them open. Used a trimmer to give layers to my long hair. I specifically asked her that I don’t want to play with my hair length, please do it carefully. She chopped them so badly that it looks uneven. Will not go this salon ever in my life.

Had very bad experience.charges are quite high and services are poor.they think you are paying for their experiment.i ask my hair dresser keep the length and he was chopping it like he is feeling mera kya jata hai . afrer paying that much if your hair are given in inexperienced hand you go crazy.not worth trying.

Very bad service. Hair wash was terrible. Made my hair really dry and frizzy by over washing and applying too much heat for drying. Would not recommend this place.

Well it was an awesome experience though i was hesitant at first but as per someone’s recommendation i went there and yes probably one of the best services i ve had. Even though they were busy with other people waiting for their turn , they still took an extra effort just to make sure i go happy . And i am pretty happy and certainly going there again. Thanks and i ll recommend others to do the same

Quite disappointed with their service. Poorly skilled staff, takes ages to do a normal haircut pretending that they are taking extra precaution. Results are worse than a normal salon in neighbourhood. Charges are high and quality is very poor.

The worst salon ever.. Got a haircut done after waiting for an hour. The look he gave me was pathetic. Had no knowledge how to handle hair . Opening a salon in mall doesnt make it fancy place. They need to know what service they are providing

Great place for a haircut in Noida, I went here not by choice but it turned out to be such a great experience, I would suggest that if you are going for a haircut then ask for Raju as he knows what he is doing and will take good care of you! Wonderful experience, my go to salon from now on!!!

Very disappointing experience. During waxing, they somehow managed to burn my back, though I do happen to have sensitive skin. She was a very sweet lady but after coming back home, I found my skin peeling off quite a bit.

Beware Guys/Girls There is another saloon with same name situated in NOIDA 18 near hair cafe saloon , which is the brand copy of Affinity Retail chain.The Guys working there even dont know how to handle ustra for shaving, untrained staff, ambience is not good.Price are above average and service is pathetic.Please avoid.

Very bad experience...they gave me very very bad haircut. My hair length was up to my butt..and I told them to dont cut by hair too short , they gave me shoulder length hair , and hqirchawas very bad. Suggest you to dont go to this place ever.
