I went to get a haircut, I asked for a bob haircut upto shoulders but the hairstylist did not listen and he started cutting my hair by his own wish. He gave me a proper boycut and now my hair is as short as my husbands hair.

Affinity is just a name. They have unprofessional and inexperience people. I went there for my haircut but the guy didnt know his work. He cut my hair so bad and uneven. I wont recommend anyone to go their for haircut. Poor quality, poor services, no value for money and they dnt even wear mask properly. I had to tell him to wear his mask. They dnt follow sanitisation after every work.

This salon is the best salon I have visited so far.. Raj is the one who have done my keratin and hair colour many times in a year. I must say he is expert in his field and next time also I will go to him only for hair related services .. He is the best .. Good job Raj 👍🏻👍🏻

The staff attitude and service quality has deteriorated aawfully. For simplest things they keep you waiting and after 45mins have the audacity to say nahi Ho paega without any apologies .A big shame for Affinity brand.

The attitude of the staff is dismal , i walked in asking for a hair cut from a particular hairdresser name Sagar who i am told is on leave . i asked for an alternative guy as i needed the cut urgently . the reply i get is no one is available . The hilarious part of this conversation is there is only one other client sitting apart from me .My understanding of the attitude is we dont want to work so please leave . The owner is either to busy or doesnt care about this business .

One of the best salons I have encountered. The only downer is its price (₹500 for one haircut) which some might not appreciate.Some other good alternatives that I would recommend are:1. Looks salon (sector 18 one or the karol bagh ones are better ones) with haircut costing around ₹350 or so.2. Javed Habib (sector 50) is another good one with harcut costing around ₹2003. Vermas Mens parlor (sector 50 market) : if you are going there ask for Sanjay, he is good as well. Cost of haircut is around ₹150 or so.

I went for shaving and hair cut, staff was bad. Half way when my services are done, the guy went to someone elses haircut and kept me waiting for 10 min. Also didnt finish it well, was kind of not interested I guess.Would never visit the place again.

Well I wouldnt consider this branch as one of the authentic branches of Affinity. Their standard and quality of work is extremely poor and its not worth spending even a single penny in this salon. Once I had got party makeup done and their inexperienced makeup artist ruined my look. The makeup kit was sent to another centre while the makeup was still being done. This shows the kind of poor service they provide. My entire function was spoiled because of them.They showed height of inexperience when they curled my hair after keratin treatment which also spoiled my hair overall. When I complained to the management, Esha-the manager said she would adjust the paid amount in other services without stating any validity period but little did I know that her attitude would completely change when asked to adjust the amount. Hence, I would not suggest anyone to go to this salon ever again.

I had taken prior appointment for beard and haircut from one of the stylist on 12th March. I informed him that I had my cocktail function that evening. The concerned Stylist just left after trimming beard and haircut without informing me and bothering to check if I am okay with his work or if any tweek is required. Some other inexperienced staff who sounded more like housekeeping staff were told to do styling. I asked them about why sonu left, they just told me he has left for some work and will be back. I waited for almost 20 mins but he did not turn up.The stylist did not even bother to pick my calls. I complained to the lady at the reception, but even she was not bothered since my brother had paid by then unaware of the situation. She just said sorry that is it.Thanks to friends in Tony n guy who managed to somewhat correct the horrendous job done by the Affinity staff and saved my day.I would advise people reading this review, Please Have a back up plan in case you are planning to avail any service from this saloon! It seems they have no shortage of customers and lousy service is the wat business is done here!

Worst experience..! Opening timing mentioned @ 10AM and on visiting no Artist available till 11 AM it was wait for almost one hour when your manager told me to wait for only 15 Min and no one turned up in 1 hour. It was complete waste.
