Good quality bakery and sweet shop in Noida. Most of the stuff is baked and made by their own team. Its clean, hygienic and well packed. The staff is courteous and there a host of payment options for a quick checkout as well. Not giving it a 4 star because the quality of food here could be higher ..but not bad at all. Definitely better than your neighborhood Kiran store.

Bought chocolate walnut cake, namkeen karela, bruschetta and cheese garlic bread all seemed fresh and were tasty.Got to try this out at least once.Have been trying this place a lot in recent times, not that great quality to be honest.

Purchased rasmalais which were spoilt with obvious signs of deterioration suggesting at least 2 to 3 days storage period.Did ask the server in view of highly perishable nature of this specific sweet.This indicates lack of management commitment to ensuring quality adherence.Am an old customer of this outlet.Now an ex customer.Wish there was a government agency to report these transgressions causing risk to peoples health.

Vary poor quality. Bought Khandvi and Dhokla yesterday, they said are fresh but were absolutely sour. Their sweets also bought earlier were very substandard.

Extremely poor customer service at Gopala, Sector 50, Noida.The food items maybe good but the poor customer service discourages us to visit Gopala. Defense Bakery right across the road in Sector 41 is a much better place for bakery items.

Quality of products have really degraded.Samosa i had spl from gopala not from anyother shop, but taste is wothless. Too dry and feels like old potato inside. Better to buy from evergreen. Also net chips have lots of oil.

I have been twice to this place in sector 50 Noida after my friend advised me and it was indeed good suggestion. They have very good sweets. I tried Coconut burfi, Moong dal burfi, Kalakand with different flavors and all were great. My personal favourite is Coconut burfi. Other items from Bakery like biscuits and other also very good. In short a must visit shop.

Very common sweets were kept for sale and sweet boxes with fixed quantity of 500 gm minimum with no flexibility during this festival of Diwali. Very poor attitude and no Customer orientation for the business.

This shop has only one kind of kaju Katri only. Its a small shop. It doesnt have full range of sweets. Somehow he gave half kg Kaju Katri. I said dont you have another tray. Perhaps he didnt have. Time was 4:17 pm on 3.12.18.In Noida dont trust any brand type shop Unless you go & check yourself.

One of the worst quality sweets, bought Rasmalai and to surprise when served to guests, it has foul small and bitter taste. Shopkeeper must have sold days old Rasmalai. Even sponge Rasgullas bought on same day, were of sub grade quality.
