I have been ordering cakes 🎂 from Defence Bakery from last 3 years. They have everything fresh and all the varities of cakes and pastries 🍰. They also have freshly prepared patties like aalu patties, mushroom patties, chicken patties etc. You can also get other bakery 🧁 items like breads, biscuits, burgers, etc. Its easily accessible from main road and you can also place order online. Good place for all the bakery stuff.

Worst experience. Ordered an eggless pineapple cake, but they made a vanilla cake and added two three pieces of pineapple. When I complained for it, they were just not ready to accept their mistake instead abusing and teaching me how a cake is flavoured. Senseless people, not ready to listen customers problem. Waste buy. No value for money.

Defense Bakery is not what it used to be previously. I had ordered a cake for a friend and it was delivered in the most pathetic condition. When I approached the person concerned, the owner or someone authorised by him, he was quick to blame Zomato as if Zomato does the baking. He then started boasting his 60-year old brand, totally unconcerned with my grievance. Leave behind an offer of replacement which most hospitality brands do, he was not ready to accept anything against it. There is no customer redressal. It is like a dukaandari system running. You want something, buy it. If you dont like it, go to hell.....this is exactly their approach. Please invest your money in better bakeries.

Defence bakery is one of the best bakeries I have been to and the quality is amazing. The cost is very reasonable if you compare with mad over doughnuts over any other big brands.

Wanted a dry chocolate walnut cake. Tried to order in morning so that they can take whole day and deliver in evening any time, however they need 1 whole day to just bake half cake dry cake. Also no respect for the customer. Very poor management and service.

Very bad service. No management skills. Changed the price of the cake 3-4 times while placing the order online. The cake was supposed to be for a special occasion and I had to ask for refund because of their mis management and poor response. No respect for the customer.

Had the blueberry and pineapple pastry here. The presentation was good and it was quite soft. The blueberry stood out with its flavour as it had small pieces of berries in it. Pineapple one was also quite good. Decent Pastry at an average price.

Its a lovely bakery with all kinds of cakes, pastries, snacks and savories. There is no seating available. They accept only cash or card. They also deliver at home with nominal charges.The patries and cakes are fluffy, tasty and have the right amount of sweetness.

The ambience is good. The items are above average in variety. The price is reasonable. Although the quality of items might not be top class, its better than that at your next-door bakery. Overall, serves the purpose.

When we ordered 2 cake . And 1 cake was not fresh so when we send someone to exchange the cake .they said that it was ok . But very bad smell was coming from itIt is the worst bakery in noida i will never oder cake or any thing from there . And there behavior is very bad and tone was very also bad

Have tried almost all of his cakes , so reviewing on behalf of long term of experience.Firstly they have limited varieties of cake , you can try to mix 2 flavour , going with their basic will note you on long time ;The base is very soft & fresh , however they do have many stale cakes , I dont know why .Black forest , truffle are their best ones

They bake fresh and yummy cakes at short notice, Ive tried the eggless chocolate truffle which is delicious. However the quality of dry cakes varies. Sometimes they are soft and spongy, with great flavour, other times theyre dry and flaky. Their apple pie is great though.

Defence bakery spoiled my daughters birthday by sending wrong cake. My daughter wanted little pony cake n I ordered the same. But instead of that they sent some other cake. Entire birthday n our mood was spoilt because of their carelessness. N nothing was done from their side when I shared their mistake. Highly disappointed
