This is the worst cake delivery experience ever! Completely fake. The customer care is also rude. I ordered to surprise but they deliver 2 hours before. It is good to buy from nearby shops and keep in your refrigerator. Cake quality is so horrible too! And the customized message was very poorly written . My 4 years boy can write more beautifully. This is the first time my wife’s birthday was completely spoilt thanks to them! Disappointed!!!! All the reviews and ratings are fake, only name is good. Go for any other genuine cake shops directly or online unlike them.

The worst cake shop i have experienced ever.i have ordered one cake for my best friends birthday,payment was done and order got confirmed too.In the next second they called and informed that cake cannot be delivered today.my question is if the cake is not available to be delivered on the same day,why the same is not reflecting in your website?they are basically fraud, because till now they didnt initiate my refund yet.if I call the customer care,they just inform you will get the refund today.but neither I got a mail confirmation nor a message about the cancellation of cake and refund.i suggest you people,dont ever trust these fraud people.

It turned out that the delivery boy was drunk you could have smelled it from over a mile,the good thing was it reached at my area with in an hour,the cake was not worth that much money at all (I ordered a fruitcake)that was over priced (₹525).The delivery boy was not even carrying a bill.about quality of cake there was not a wide variety of fruits that were used in garnishment and bread used was most probably a day or 2 stale.So thank you very much for this crappiest service.
