Its a good bakery located near GIP Mall. They have pastry, breads and cookies. I have tried mango pastry and Chocolate Rumballs. Taste was good and value for money.

We are already a fan of Bon-Bon & order all our cake for home and office from Sec-18, Noida however from now onwards we are not going to order from them because of the bad attitude & rude behaviour of the staff.They do not know how to treat their customers and attend with basic etiquettes and lack of basic hospitality skills even do not know how to talk to a female customer.After two minutes of call the person taking order on phone said I do not have this much of time to listen that was so unexpected in a service industry.Requesting the owner to look into this ASAP otherwise you are going to loose out loyal customer like us because of rude / unprofessional staff behaviour.

The attitude of the staff is very bad and rude. They do not know how to treat their customers and attend them and lack basic hospitality skills.I had given them a call to enquire for a cake and they said that they did not take online orders and we had to visit them on the store. I confirmed twice with them if they can make the cake requirements on the call and they said it can be done but we have to visit the store. As I heard that they make great cakes I went to the store but none of the staff attended us properly and it looked like we were doing them a favour to buy their cake. Upon enquiry the man refused that he can make the cake in a very rude manner.The question is if you cant do it then why did you call us to the store specially to speak with you!!!Requesting the owner to change their staff in the sector 18 location or at least train them to have basic skills on how to treat a potential client if they want to grow their business.

Everything is good but they have less option for designer cakes....They will create normal cakes but if you ask for complicated cakes like having teddy or something on top of the cake, then they dont have skills or person or machine to do that...Alternatively, the price is very less as compare to other market brands.... Bon Bon is a very old confectionery shop situated in Noida. From the time I can recall, my parents got birthday cake from here. The time hasnt touched the good quality provided by the shop. The service is quick and taste is great. And the size of the pasteries is good as compared to other confectioneries.Its a confectionery which provides value for money. Besides the charges are very nominal. My personal favorite is Chocolate Swiss roll which has Choco chip on the top. Other than this Mango Swiss roll, chocolate pyramid and Chocolate pasteries are my recommendations other than a wide variety of other pasteries like romball, patties fresh multi grain breads and what not.PS: This place also takes orders for cake but since I havent ordered any in recent times I cant comment on the quality of cake for the same reason.

The taste of the cake is nice. Please avoid this shop if you want a designer cake. They SUCK at it. Their artist dont even know basic stuff which a kid can easily make out of clay. The elephant they made on the cake sucked and the fondant used was tasteless. so the top of cake was all bad. The stars were stuck in with a tooth pick. a visible tooth pick!!Choose better if design is what you are looking for. Good for normal pastry only. My cake was a disaster. They showed a different professional cake picture and i got this!

Best bakery shop in noida. The cakes are awesome here and cheap also compare to other places. They also give home delivery option and deliver at your door. Service and quality both are great. Must try, I strongly recommend butterscotch cake, it is too good and yum.

They use old stuff for the cake or deliver no fresh cake thats the reason cake taste worst.

The best Pastry Shop in Noida FTW. I was so glad to see the shop get back in action post covid lockdown. Though only limited options like cakes and snacks are available currently, the taste is top notch. I have been a fan of this shop as a kid and continue to be astounded by the sheer quality of their products. Hoping the shop gets back to complete operations quickly!

This bakery is actually older than me.The above line is the testament to the fact that Bon Bon has stood the test of time.Their puffs are filling and scrumptious.Their pastries offer a wide spectrum flavours - all from caramel to chocolate to eggless.And their Biscuits actually speak for themselves.So go ahead and try the 20+ year old legend that is Bon Bon!

Very nice bakery in heart of sector-18. Very old bakery one of the first few bakeries in Noida (maybe the first one). The cakes are superbly fresh and soft. But the cakes are not very fancy

Place is great if you want good pastries and assortment of fresh breads and other snack items. Id have given it a 5 star had it been a larger space to accommodate the customer that wants to avail of the awesome bakery items.

Not good for big designer cakes. I ordered a cake of 8 KG on 26 Nov and whatever they have delivered was not matching with the design given by me. They really need experts.

Pathetic experience cheaters they are... They will charge more by giving less amount of cake. My experience is they have charged for 5kg cake and when I asked them to weight it comes out to be 3.6kg.Be careful while dealing with them. Along with that quality is also compromised.

They have the Indian old school styled pastry. The ones I used to have as a kid. Not too creamy. The texture is kinda nostalgic.Prices are really reasonable.Love their creampuff too.I wouldnt recommend their cheesecake.

Situated in an open place. Tiny cute shop. I had patties Mushroom, Spinach and Corn, Aaloo and Paneer. The Patty was good but the stuffing was not upto the mark. Only Paneer and Mushroom was good. There was no butter ofcourse you wont get butter made patty on 30rs. To eat it in shop you get a very small standing place, which is little uncomfortable. But overall it was nice. Next time Ill visit to try pastries, then Ill decide to edit my ratings or not.

I had the worst experience with the service. I ordered the cake for my son’s first birthday, which was not eatable and unhealthy as the bread, which they used was uncooked and the color, which they usually add in the cake was in too much quantity, everyone at the function found that bad and no one ate that cake. Refined flour that they use while making cake was uncooked, as the taste of the cake was pathetic. I have to puke after eating that cake. Imagine how it would have affected the children over there.Such an irresponsible and worst customer service could lead to health issues in children as well as on adults.

Best Éclairs pastry at reasonable rate you will find here. You will get fresh breads, puffs etc in this place at very competitive pricing.

Worst cake ever .... Bought a cake in the afternoon for a family event and specifically asked them if the cake was fresh ... Was confirmed that the cake is fresh. ... made the purchase and kept it in the fridge at home till the evening..We start the party in the evening and to our utter disappointment the cake is sour ... we call Bon Bon and the person on the phone is asking us do u know what a chocolate cake tastes like ..... finally after some screaming shouting he decides to send someone ....... The bon bon guy arrives after 30 minutes (i live 5 minute from their store and my entire party has finished dinner waiting for the damn cake) and tells us that he is here to pick up the cake .... seems they are still not sure if we know what a chocolate cake tastes like .... anyways he takes it away and now we hope he will turn up with a replacement maybe in the next 1 hr ...Irrespective my party and celebration is RUINED, thanks to Bon Bon.....I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MAKE PURCHASE AT THIS STORE EVER.....

Bob bon is one of the oldest bakery shop in noida.i used to be a regular customer here.they really have got delicious biscuit and cakes. I had brought pineapple cake and oreo cake which was yummy and its not so far from market .its is under 500 m from metro.

They provide fresh cakes and they also have a small restaurant inside so that you can have snacks white waiting for your order. They accept all payment mode like cash, cards, Paytm wallet. The cakes are cheap therefore not good quality. I made the mistake of ordering cake for my sons bday from here and only after one bite the low quality ingredients could be felt apparently. The guests too didnt like it. Its better to pay more and get top notch quality product instead going for a cheap stuff and spoiling the event.
