Citibank Noida branch in sector 18. It is in Som Datt tower on the ground floor. It is not a very big branch however enough for ur requirements with the bank. It is neat and well maintained and staff is helpful. It is not much crowded. There are seats available inside to sit and car parking space outside the tower with some charges. There is a Citibank ATM along with the bank. Overall you will have nice experience with this bank.

Only a single Citi Bank branch in Noida. It is situated near sector 16 metro station Noida. Icici bank and standard chartered Bank is near to this bank. Also you can use the Citi Bank ATM installed here. All the rules and guidelines of Covid 19 is being followed here. Only a single person is allowed in the bank at a time. It is usually opened at 10 am and closes at 2 pm. 2nd and 4th Saturday, the bank is closed. You can do every transaction as per norms. Restaurants and atms are nearby.

Citibank officials in this branch are very rude and they dont intertain even to privilege customers. I think Indian private bank are far better service and its time to vocal for local.

Always the best with service. Forget public sector Banks. Even with privates this one is the best. Staff at sector 18 is wonderful. Youll never have wait times more than a couple of minutes.
