Went to this place at year end with a bunch of friends and to my dismay, experienced poor customer service accompanied with food of okayish quality.We ordered the following:Al Pesto (Their special pizza): The crust was so dry and tasted like an Arabic bread. Assuming they made pizza base in-house, because we ordered garlic bread as well and it was of same quality: Dry and hard. Dint like the taste at all.Rate: 1/5Price: 429/629Garlic bread: Same problem. Crust was too dry. Dint like the dip either.Rate: 1/5Price: 165Veg Lasagna: Tastes okay and can still be ordered considering other options.Rate: 3/5Price: 399After ordering the above 3 items from their menu, we called the server asking for a suggestion on what should we really order as we dint like Italian at all. He said, “How’s this possible that you dint like the food?”. I gave him the same feedback and he asked for our choice of cuisine. We agreed with North Indian and upon server’s suggestion we ordered the following:Dal Makhni: Tasted delicious! Gravy was appropriately thick and creamy in texture.Rate: 4/5Price: 399Paneer Lababdar: This dish was a BLUNDER. We were served kadhai paneer in the name of paneer lababdar and when asked for feedback, I communicated the same to server. He was trying to defend saying this is how they prepare it. I could see chunks of capsicum, tomato and onion in the gravy.Rate: 1/5Price: 399In drinks, we ordered cold coffee which was okay and holiday isle which tasted like low quality mango ice cream.Overall, it was a bad experience. Not worth visiting again.

The Al Pesto pizza is fantastic! The place serves Indian, Italian and Chinese food, so a fair bit of variety on offer.

Amazing food outlet/Restaurant. I was crossing by sector 18 noida . So thought to take a takeaway from basil tree. They were So quick . I got my order within 15 mins. I am very happy . Food was also very good and fresh. I ordered 2 naan , Murg Makhani, subj Biryani and Mixed raita . All were so yummy.

The place is amazing for its food and it is in the middle of the sector 18 which demands a traffic and with traffic you will get slow service and you might need to wait and get reservations before you want in. The place is on a more pricy side but then again remember, it is Sector 18 and the prices of places for food in sector 18 are always high

Bestest place to try italian food.. Ordered Aglio E Olio and it was very tasty.. The blance of all subtle falvours was bang on.. Loved it.. Ambience was congested and staff was friendly but overtly expensive.

The food is good, but some bizarre logic for the price of beer. A bottle of Hoegaarden is for Rs.200 (price for UP), but you guys charge Rs.699 (more than triple the MRP). Whats the reason for charging Rs.500 extra? Service charge? I guess we are already paying that! Moreover, when the question was asked to the Senior Staff, a bizarre answer was given along with a ridiculous smile. Cmon, I think a customer has all the right to ask when its evident that you are cheating! Only that the food was really good, or else this would have been a pathetic experience!

Good restaurant but need some more space ,my suggestions is that the chair is too old and not comfortable otherwise food is good.Basil tree the oldest restaurant in Noida sector 18. I have visited this last Dec-2018,After asking the manager about restaurant speciality, I order Do Nalii Seekh, Grilled fish in lemon nutter sauce, basil tree special pizza and two drinks because of this hot weather.Italian smooth and Blue Lagoon were amazing.At last my favourite part came gulab jamun and brownie with chocolate icecream. I loved it.Will surely visit again.

Good food and service. They provide happy hours discounts, One on one. Ambience too is good but can be better, may add some live music. Music played in bar is average, they should play more rock and hip-hop. Service is very good, staff is courteous. Little costly for ambience and quality.

The food used to be tasty here but not anymore. I went this Sunday and ordered, pizza, pasta and bbq chicken. The pasta was okay except the bread was hard. The pizza base was very hard and chicken wasnt fresh. Kindly avoid eating here.

Liked the place as it offers Chinese, Italian and continental food. I started with manchow soup, and then tandoori chicken followed by a 10 thin crust pizza. Soup and chicken were great but the signature pizza crust was average. Recommend this place for variety under a roof. Service was good.

Else, the Services are good and staff well trained and courteous. The place is usually crowded after 9 pm on weekends.

Basil Tree is a beautiful casual dining restaurant. Flock here to enjoy scrumptious fulfilling food and value for money meals. They present customers a variety of sauces and condiments to suit every palate, apart from the usual ketchup found everywhere. Their heavily topped thin crust pizzas are a treat for the taste buds. Also try their Basil Tree Platter, Chicken Risotto, and Green Salad.

It was fabulous. The food was great and the Staff was also courteous. We were travelling with an infant and they were kind enough to accommodate us on sofa by joining two tables, so that we are comfortable. Thanks again.

Actually ours was team lunch. We chose this restaurant accidentally but turned out to be a very good choice. The first that impressed me was the softness of chicken and mutton. They were boiled and roasted very well. They got varieties of drinks to choose from. Ambience and service were also good. Quality and quantity were pretty decent. Cost was reasonable considering the location. Overall it was very good.

Firstly, it is a restaurant and bar.Secondly, this restaurant is at first floor, you have to careful to find it out.Thirdly, I didnt have any drinks here although I found the ambience here quite and chilled.Fourthly, food (soul of any restaurant) is just delecious and amazing here.Lastly, I would say that the services here are good not the best I would but good enough on an overall experience.

I can speak of many reasons why I disliked the place. First of all, ac was not working. Music was of very bad choice and loud. And most importantly a beer bottle of 150 INR MRP, they charged almost 600 INR. I mean the big 5 star properties even charge less than Basil Tree! Not Happy AT ALL!

The pizza are really impressive in terms of taste and are served in to sizes, 10” & 14”.Mama’s chicken pizza was a delight to have, for vegetarians I would recommend paneer tikka pizza.If I talk about pasta then White sauce penne pasta( Non veg) is highly recommend, the mix of chicken and bacon gives an ultimate taste to it.

The food was bland. Pizza was terrible , chicken wings were covered in ketchup , pasta was full of balck pepper.

Visited this place with colleages and realized that we opted wrong place for team dinner..Full of Noise ..I got feeling as if I am sitting in some glorified Ahata(Drinking Place).I requested so called manager thrice but he was soo unprofessional to even listen to any complaints ..I don’t think Manager had done any HM course. Also,He was too helpless to take decision to kick out the guys who were spoiling the environment.I noticed atleast 2-3 couples leaving the restaurant even before ordering.Worst Experience..I will rate Zero out of 100
