Very bed quality of switch gear , sold with 10 years warranty but they do not provide the service for 3 years ,every month we are facing a problem of switches getting defectives & strongly recommend not to purchase this company switch gear , warranty is just fraud.

We had procured electric items pertaining to domestic electric wiring in the month of May 2017. All the items had been broken . There fore I would like to suggest others not to purchase the same from this company products.

Worst switches ever used. I had replaced all the switches of my home while renovating because the salesman insisted for buying and apprised 10 years guarantee of simon switches. However,within 2 months, the switches went out of order. Since then almost all the switches are out of order. One does not have much time to call customer care everytime and keep waiting for their services. THE WORST PART IS THAT you have to replace the switches WITH SIMON only. ....its true that Anchor or Havels switches were the best and never required replacement once installed..

Worst Switches I ever used. I have installed Simon Switches, sockets and other electrical items in my home newly constructed. But, in less 2 years, more than 25 Switches stopped functioning and I had to replace them with another brand. I m using Anchor, GM and other brands in my old home for last mire than 20 years but hardly any switch was replaced due to non-functioning. I suggest to avoid Simon electric item.

Poor quality of switches there technology is of baba Adam types they try to pose best in the market but that quality is very poor you need to replace the switch every week at your home.

Simons service is not very good. When they are called for service, they come and tell you their tricks. Muzaffarnagar dealer Mr Buntys behavior is also not good. When the dealer has to sell his goods, he talks in the morning and evening. When the time comes, they behave rudely because their work is done.
