A good society in Sector -137, NOIDAIt also has all the basic amenities nereby.

This a middle class good Housing society will all basic amenities. People are nice and friendly. Maintainance is also good but there is no car parking provision for visitors. It has a club but its very small. Swimming pool is also very small.

I recently purchased a flat in Ajnara daffodils in K tower and it has been a harrowing experience so far . It was an investor flat and was in an unfinished state when I bought the flat . I was promised by the owner that the flat will be handed over to me in a finished state including wooden flooring . Also since I had taken the flat on loan from PNBHF , they required a document referred to as CFNOC . The builder promised the bank on mail that the CFNOC will be provided within 14 days of the conclusion of the sale between the investor and me .It has been 3 months and neither I have got the CFNOC nor the builder has done any finishing work he had promised . I’m getting continuous calls from the bank for the CFNOC and finally getting the work done which the builder was supposed from my own pocket .Both the seller and the builder have vanished and all I have is empty promises.My sincere advise to anybody looking to buy a flat in any one of the Ajnara properties please don’t and also don’t buy any properties from Goldmine . If you do chances are very high that u will be facing the same nightmare as I do

Society is good but the maintenance and electricity is pathetic, Till Om Prakash and his team were there, they handled with honestly, now Pawan and Dolly is scoundrels and Thiefs.They are charging for no operational flats also for Rs.5000/ month.Electricity metres are manipulated and compromised by Pawan and Virender.

Ajnara Daffodil is Situated in sector 137. A well managed and well-built housing society. It provides many amenities to its residents like It has a very good maintained central park, kids play facility, badminton, basketball, cricket practice court, Gym, Club, Food, grocery, medical, bakery, ATM, ice cream parlour and many more outlets. Also, the metro station is very near just 5 minutes walking distance. Maintenance and security are also good but the cost is too high as compared to near by apartments. There is no online facility (through apps) for electricity payment or recharge. Also there is recreational Club Azalea, for the residents to spend their leisure time and relax.

Hi everyone, I had a very bad experience in Ajnara Daffodil. I stayed for about 1year in this society in H - 103 flat in H - Tower. I paid 1month security and 1month advance at the time of shifting to the owner. When I vacated the flat after serving the notice period I faced lots of problem. Owner deduct unnecessarily deduct rs2500 from my security amount. I would never recommend Ajnara society for others who are looking the flats on rent.

Fantastic complex and well maintained. Visiting second time I would like to mention that the security is tough as a cookie. Excellent staff and place to stay.

It’s nice society with almost all the amenities including club house , groceries store, saloon, ice cream parlour, Hospital , car service. Though the built quality is average but its peaceful. Also metro station is very nearby ~500 metres to be started in Aug 2018.

Great place for stay. It has a well planned architecture, lots of daily grocery shops. The only issue is the connectivity with various places is poor. If you want to travel in late hours the only option is Ola or Uber.

Now this is another grand property by Ajnara Group with state of the art construction and the best utilization of space. I love the sample flat too as it shows how one can best possible decorate this area. A must see for those looking for property in Noida.

Great community to live in. Superbly maintained with all amenities, close access to DND and Agra expressway, indirapuram, ghaziabad. Metro also functional now. Swimming pool is just awesome, Blue hain paani. Kids love this place, rentals are quite affordable

A property of Ajanara home in sector 137. Paras Toera is at right and Gulshan property at left. It has road from two sides. The upcoming aqualine metro station is two hundred meters from the main gate. From inside society is good. However the mainetance change are way to high and does not justifies the facilities and services. It has generally smallers house , and good value for money as rented accommodation.

Flats are built too close to each other.. entrance of 2 houses are too close and there was darkness Infront of houses..no sunlight in common area..

Everythings fine,there is garden,pool, a nearby hospital, good flats, security, departmentsal store and other basic things too...its neat and clean, good water supply,backup power and many more. Good to go...👍

We feel like we have been cheated by Ajnara and their dealer Param homes. Inspite of telling them our problem about down payment before hand we have still been charged late payment fee. Wont recommend to anyone. Go for other builders. NOT this.

It is on yamuna expressway sector 137 near metro station. It is good open area.

Worst society you can think of, they will charge you for everything and provide you nothing. No security, cams are not working, pool is dirty and bath will land you in the hospital. Everything will get ready after a month, read this line again when month is over.

Please be very careful while investing in Ajnara group, the only reason why Ajnara daffodil appreciated was because of the location, proximity to commercial complex ngn expressway . The staff and management like Ms Rajnee,Mr Sudhir nor Mr Anand do not bother about answering calls nor replying to mails nor releasing the penalty money. I booked the flat in 2009 with still no possession nor my penalty money even after depositing all my dues. For reference to the proofs feel free to get in touch with me.

The best studio appartment building in town. But lax security, and badly lit corridors.
