Opportunistic and rude behaviour of staff (especially Mr. Gopal). Taking full advantage of the current shortage of canon cameras in the market, they wont entertain any price negotiation. Selling absolutely on MRP and even asking for 2% extra on credit card payment (on top of MRP). Not a pleasant buying experience.Adding a clarification that i insisted on not paying the additional 2% and then they agreed to settle on the MRP.

Worst shop ever. Went to enquire about the Canon EOS 200D ii. They told me that they dont have any demo and moreover the price is 66k. Which is even more than MRP. And when I asked them how is it more than the price listed in Canons site or any Canon Store they told me that Canon just says so and if we go to buy from Canon store the price will be 66k only which is just bulkshit. Worst experience ever. Dont go to this shop to waste your money.

Was here to buy a camera and happy to intact with guy named Subhash, Very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to make my choice on basis of knowledge shared by him. Owner of store is also very polite. Happy to be here.

Its a good place. Good staff. I had planned to buy from there. However, the owner is so arrogant and adamant that he wont let u speak but will keep on speaking his schemes to convince you. Being customer we wil check at other stores for best price.I went to other store n got a better price.. I got his call next day giving another scheme.. I said Ill tell u n will buy soon n if u can tell me normal price without scheme.. His wordsMain kya aapko price batau jab aapko lena hi nhi.. Being customer we have to check all options. .N he stillkept on speaking his schemes.. Today hes ready to give all sort of schemes that he dint give yesterday ..Not a customer centric place at all..

The sales person was like will tell the discounted price only if you want to buy nowReally a bad attitude even before buying. I am definitely buying from Amazon or a sony shop at CP delhi.

Visited the shop at least 2-3 times to buy various photographic items over the last 2 years. Found the staff courteous and knowledgeable about the products they sell.
