WONDERFUL SOCIETY I LIVE IN CAMBRIDGE TOWER THE VIEW THE FACILITIES OF THIS RESIDENCE IS SO SOO GOOD.

The society is quite peaceful. Not highly occupied. The only problem is that they dont have many shops inside the society. There is just one shop for grocery shopping but you can always go to neighboring society to buy day to day need products

In simple words . Slum Area of Noida or Noida ki jhuggiyaan

They have all types of Flat 1,2,3,4 BHK and also villas

I live in Cambridge Tower of this society. The facilities and environment is excellent here. Transport facilities are also good. Overall a great place to live in.

Good society but there is no market. its like village heart to get facility in here

In outskirts ..no good market near by ...clubhouse , gym and other basic amenities are not workable

Safe & good location for staying at noida. Zolo facility also available in this society. And 2 different swimming pool for children & youngers.

Society is good but there is low space for walking and playing. And in society all necessary things are not available. For this you have to go out side. Even there is no medical store.

Best society in Noida And the main thing is its near by express Highway as well as opposite of advant.

I am giving 1 star. There are many reasons.1. This flat is not family friendly. If u are bachelor u can live.2. For guest parking will be out side of gate, for security who will be responsible dont know. But in other societys there are inner open parking for guest.3. Staff fill like they are owner of building and the person who paid are just servant. Means they are not supportive.Think 4 times before purchasing flats or take on rent.

Maintanence staff is absolutely useless and very rude. These guys are rude to the extent that they will charge you extra money saying Paytm error and wont even give you any explanation. They are running a brokerage business so they are more concerned in getting commission from people rather than maintenance. They wont pick up your phones. In short the society is unlivable unless they change the maintenance staff because once in a while you will run into some issue which is very frequent but after that you are at Gods mercy that your issue gets resolved

It is said one bad fish makes the whole pond dirty. There is one glaring basic shortcoming in the society and that is Non Automatized power back up activation. Every time power goes off, the guard has to start the power backup which takes 2-5 minutes usually. Sometimes it may take more than 5 minutes. Officials dont care to install this basic mechanism. How can such a big society have such a basic weakness?

This Society in sec 168, near to mahamaya highway, near to nature, parking available, decent place to live in.

Power backup is Not good... When ever lights off its takes time to restart. the power backup is non automatic it is a basic thing which is missing in society... Well are working from home and it hamper my work as well.

Pathetic experience pathetic maintainence ... please do not opt for this place ... convenience issue if you dont have any convenience. They dont bother if someone is living at the place or not .. fixed charge are fixed either u live there or u are at hometown.... maintainence stafff are totally ignorant .. even to get done small things u have to call multiple times and never solved on the same day.

Not completely occupied with people and limited shops for now. But, peace of mind away from city crowd with good privacy is one can find easily here.

This is the Xolo Xavier urbtech. This place is legit. I lived here for 2 months and I didnt have any issues. It is a great place to stay if you are new to the city. They provide housekeeping facilities but you might need to message the caretaker to send them to their apartment. The rooms are spacious and the apartment is fully furnished. They even provide you with an induction cooktop and washing machine. You can avail of single or double rooms according to your needs. I was quite surprised by the facility they provided even though they had a bad rating on Google.

Staying at this apartment since last 2 years. Didnt notice any progress yet. Despite of several requests, your work will not be done on time. Dont expect anything good, if you are planning to come here or planning to purchase any flat here. Management is too lazy, Improper channel to escalate anything, Charges huge amount for electricity, very expensive as per locality.

Studio apartment are good however still in finishing work.

Beautiful apartments with luxurious facilities and top of the line schools. A 5 min walk to the metro station and stone throw distance from the FNG highway.

It seems like a secluded area, theres a school nearby though ... Very difficult for people who donot own a vehicle ..
