This place is very beautiful and.. safe as well.. security is too good.

I just spent a night with in friends place. In my observation, the area itself is covered with n number of multi story buildings. And the Supertech Cape Town was amazing right from the entrance, the amazing parking lot, wonderful design and facilities. Youll have to walk a lot within the campus to reach places.

Society is good bt not the construction

Very high building and well organised society of supertech.I live here sometime. Some new construction is also going on. Large number of reputed people and families living here.In One flat three rooms and two bathrooms with hall are available.Electricity is prepaid it means you have to pay first then use. One tower have approx 19 floors and on one floor there are six flat.

Good place for living. Security and services are too good.

Society is good, but construction materials used is devastating. U can see plasters falling off the towers at many occasions. Else provides good services

Location is perfect but build quality is worse. Seepage on every wall leading to cement flush out. Wall debris will start within 6 months for new flats. Always there is a construction going on making it very dusty near by.

Pathetic is the only word that can describe this society. Everything about this place is pathetic. The conditions of the buildings - there are cracks on the exterior walls and balconies and the interior has seepage issues. The walls are damp and paint layer comes off, the cement layer of wall is visible and when the fan is switched on it starts blowing the cement dust. Imagine the health condition of anyone who stays here. Maintenance is again pathetic. The staff is only there to sit and collect money. They look for any means to make holes in your pockets. Staff doesnt have basic manners.

Supertech Capetown projectSupertech is a lying and highly fraud oriented company. Crown tower booking was done on terms of possession handover in 18 months, assured rental and all PreEMIs to be paid by them. They are not holding to their terms and still doing fraud to people while new bookings. They pay for.few months then they say they do not have funds, destroy your credit score and will say they will try to adjust during possession handover.Do not buy from Supertech.

Well the place is great to live but only to live here and you cant even think about leaving the society as its a complete city on its own and you will require a convince just so you can go out of the society and thats really bothersome as you may require a local guide often security guards who can tell you which wing is where.

We have a flat in supertech so we used to go there. Construction quality is not up to the mark and finishing of the flat or buildings were not as we expected. But living here is convenient as everything is available at your door step. Electricity bills are high here but security arrangements are good and we feel safe while living here.

It is very big township developed by Supertech builder with modern amenities. As like other popular builders, loading is very high perhaps more than 30%. In view of size and numbers of apartments, society charges are also on higher side. Township is well developed n secured. Club is fully operational.

Best place to live

A good place to live. Security is good. Rooms in the flats are specious. Arrangements for ventilation and nature light in the rooms is also good. However, the open space is not as per my expectations. Otherwise Gym, Swimming pool and other usual facilities are already available in the locality.

Decent society to live, you can get a 2bhk apartment for rent @ 15K there.Well gated society and all the amenities nearby

Good Place with good ventilation b/w towers. Very well organized. security is something we need to work more here. Maintenance are very lazy they do not serve you on said time. sometimes you may have to follow up with them to get your things done. Interior material is ok. As the society is very new, but you can see some of the towers are getting in bad condition because of no-care and water leakage i guess. This may become alarming in coming time.

Supertech society so everything is good and as of every major society far away from main city. If planning to move in remember you get nothing after 10 pm here not even petrol station. Cheers you are in Noida

Ready to move flats are available but I am getting too much negative reviews about the builder, maintenance and construction quality too looks average. Floor plans could have been designed better. They dont look the size they say they are

Apparent was too much big that you need a bike to roam around there.Society was good and the ambience was also good, even society has a tight security for your safety.Only con was there is no market near you. You have to walk almost 2 km just to buy a single packet of chips.

I just shifted here .n I cum to Know that we have to pay extra for club membership..when I enquired my owner he told me he already paid for it n when I told same to guard he told even then we have to pay for it.how ridiculous it is ..we paid for it even then we have to pay for it again... really disgusting... totally annoyed with this...I will Never Suggest anyone to b here ...

Nice township to live in with one of the biggest societies and campus around!A little expensive compared to other societies and the electricity is privately owned by the society which is actually the biggest issue as their charges are too high compared to govt. Owned electricity.

Quality is not upto the mark as per pricing they have charged for apartments. Security is very weak as anyone can enter in the society without taking any permission from anyone. Also Supertech has delayed this project too much and still half of the project is yet to be developed.This society is only good for bachelors who really enjoys here ........owners are greedy to give on rent and bachelors are needy ..but ultimately other families suffers from this

One of the best residential complexes of central noida, Capetown is good maintenance wise and security wise as well. The management is hood as well. The gym, swimming and play arenas are pretty well maintained as well.

Had a great experience here , I have been there for 4 days at my friends home which is on 16th floor of the building , I liked the surrounding and the facilities provided in the flat

Supertech is good, but lagging in maintenance, simply taking complaints, not carryout, all the walls plastering is comming out, think of quality material, if the pillers are the same quality, it will withstand the earth quake? Some how people leaving, timely going on, if any civil engineer persons in this campus, they will came to know about this construction, simply showing towards builders, in this regard thouse who wants to buy in this campus, must take care, they can compare other societies.

Big society with low standard. Not much open area. Always parking problem. They introduce new rules according to satisfy their money need.

Worst place to stay... worst rooms the water used to leak out from bathroom ceiling, maintenance will not pick up your call. Dampness and seepage in walls. paint in wall used to blister and peel. cracks everywhere.gym, pool is paid. extra service charges every month for no reason, maintenance will not pick up your call and will not solve your issue.

Worst place to live... everything is paid...my owner has already paid for club membership even then we have to pay 10000 security deposit and 500/month extra for using the gym and pool.... security is not good as anyone can come inside directly.

Huge infra, not at all maintained. stray dogs are everywhere who can bite too. Construction Quality is bad in these flats. Parking is very odd as well. Security is poor.

Security is really disappointing as is the location and the construction, has been architectured into a cocoon with minimal open spaces. The maintenance is also not upto the mark and you might not get things replaced for a decent amount of time or maybe if youre lucky never(whichs sooner). Same is the case with any other Supertech project.

This rating is from the point of view of a visitor. It has ample parking for visitors, and the community centers are good for hosting small dos.

Classy society with strict rules of security..sometime it is secure in real and sometimes it sucks..the strictness.

Though supertech is located nearby metro station. But, its not been mainted properly. Maintenance charges are high. Only plus point is that the rent is economical.

Big society and well managed

Huge Society Complex of around 4000 flats with only one daily use grocery store within complex. Concrete jungle of flats n buildings. 3 well maintained club houses but just one small park. Though there is well maintained green surroundings, around each Tower, and alongwith separate guard but its congestion of concrete towers all around. Most of the apartments are deprived of precious winter sunshine. thus making it Absolutely unfriendly for senior citizens.The daily required groceries like milk, breads etc have to be purchased through outsourced online suppliers. Senior citizens are not able to handle complex mobile applications to order or to even pay monthly maintenance online through paytm etc. If you dont have car you cannot walk out to buy daily requirements.Even to access local maintenance office and Temple hardly any transport. Very few golf carts. Biggest joke is that smaller society all around have huge shopping complexes and other utility shops and Capetown residents have to go there.living here for 3 years now, I wish I had shifted my old parents to one of the smaller societies around. 0.7kms to just reach their home from main gate. They have to manage on my car or overcharging autos n taxis to go anywhere.I have seen mothers walking long distances everyday in hot sun, rain, dust storms to receive their kids from school buses at the two gates of the huge complex. Smarter ones have a scooter or a car just to pick or drop their school going kids.Once my mother fell down and I immediately requested friends driver to pick her while I will go directly to hospital from office. But unstickered car was not allowed entry inside. When I spoke over phone, they said all make some excuses to go inside. When I took my mother to hospital myself, doctor informed after checking her ECG that she has had a heart attack in afternoon which made her fall. My mother survived but .......please consider all pros and cons before shifting to this beautiful huge complex where every in and out entry means there will be innumerable bumper jumps all along.
