In shambles because of the stoppage of work since long. They need to sort out the self created mess and regain the confidence of the investors who have put their life savings with them.

Vast area under construction, looks neat organized wherever finished, high maintenance cost , boring water supply, govt to keep builders under vigil, common man cannot struggle with them, all legal documents being signed must be structured by the govt and not by one side who are undergoing a legal agreement. Its a shout out for govt intervention.

We had booked 3bedroom flat in 2012 and possession promised in 2016.90 % of amount paid,the sad part is they are hiding the facts,current Straus not known.THE builder took the advantage of previous govts and diverted money .There is no law here where an ordinary man sitting in Bareilly Can get money.We have no resources to approach supreme court.But why supreme court for simple matters,WHY not get reffund direct from the builder.

Very bad attitude of staff. Struggling to get documentation of my flat completed for last 2 months.Regretting my decision of investing in Jay Pee.No one to support customer there.
