It’s well maintained society, having facilities for various activity, such as, badminton, basketball, lawn tennis, indore games and swimming pool. The gymnasium in the society is well equipped. A large local market nearby make its location attractive. The population density of society is low and most of the building are low rise.

Apartments have a common well-maintained swimming pool and a gym as well as proper parking and playing courts and lawns. Great place for a family to stay.

Very well built and maintained housing society in sector 93a Noida, flats are spacious, airy and have sunlight in most of them.

Nicely built and positioned apartments in noida sec 93 right opposite mothers pride school for kids. The view and apartment size is good. The exteriors and finishing seem nice as well. The security at the gate was good but there are a lot of points of ingress into the society.The newer flats i think are getting a better finish in hopes of better selling price than the older towers.My only gripe with the place is the designing of the flats. They are designed in ways which sometimes mean that the drawing room is not the first room in the flat.

If you are looking to buy or rent property in this complex, please look else where.I am a resident (tenant) for the last three years and the management is pathetic.Every month they introduce a new rule with no basis and claim in the name of Safety. Also, they over charge maintenance fee and return nothing.My mobile no and email address is registered in their system, but i never get any notification, However bills are always on time and Im expected to pay them immediately. God forbid you have a family member living on life support. The RWA give no heeds to anything and they will cut your electricity if you go over 500 rupees in negative balance.All the other reviews of this place are either fake or owners trying to create a good image of the society to people who do not know. Most of the machines in the gym do not work, the pool is only cleaned occasionally, and every time it rains the basement parking is completely flooded and you have to take your shoes off and wade through water to get to your vehicle.I am now looking else where for a home on lease. and i would never recommend anyone to rent or buy property here, no matter how cheap it is, you get less for what you pay for.

One of the best societies in the region with all kinds of inhouse facilities like a state of the art gymnasium, multiple swimming pools, tennis court, badminton court, Table tennis, billiards, card room, library, cricket nets, parks, play areas, golf carts for internal travel as well as an easy day, HDFC bank+ATM, saloon, Gopala sweet shop all inside the premises.

A wonderfully designed place was there to donate clothes under some ngo .. they have golf carts at the entry and you can easily use them .... if you are not comfortable with riding that cart you can ask a guard to help you out ... security is tight and they have numerous amount of playgrounds . a wonderfull place to live

I have visited here more then 20 times in a month the only annoying thing is that when you visit here for the first time the gate security will take about 10 minutes to confirm that whom you visiting but next time when you visit you only have to tell your mobile number and they will allow you to go in.

Security stsfd has extremely bad attitude. Why would a residential condominuim ask for original identification from home guests? They insist on retaining the same till the guest leaves the host home. Appalling

A very well laid out society. The buildings are well spaced out, the apartments are well lit and airy. There are 3 swimming pools in the society. The gym is decent, the tennis courts are a bit run down. There is also a small library for you to go and read or work. On the outer side there is a supermarket called Easy Day, HDFC bank ATM, a unisex salon, Gopala sweet shop and bakery and Baskin Robbins. The grocery market is also walking distance. The only issue is that some parts of the society are not as well maintained as in newer societies or better ones like ATS greens.
