Very clean nd Peaceful. Eminent spacious with all the basic amenities located nearby and easily approachable.On close proximity to Sector 101 Noida Metro station

600 metres from Noida sec 101 metro. Noida authority green belt in front of society. 10 mins away from gr noida expressway. 30 mins away from Ghaziabad railway station. 20 mins away from noida sec 18 metro. Away from traffic. Good greenery inside campus. Good maintenance response. Only issue is that build quality is quite average. Plasters fall down from outside wall when it rains however they are getting them fixed now. This is the story of most of the nearby societies unless they are executive class like jewel, prateek, mahagun etc. Agv2 is still a good value for money. Maintenance is good and charges are nominal comparatively.

Nice apartments in Sector 78, Noida with nearby shops and shopping arcade to buy items of daily use. Surroundings are decent and peaceful as compared to other places, with lots of open spaces still available around the society.
