Stellar jeevan apartment in noida extension is one of the few apartments which got possession in 2014. This appartment has been maintained by stellar group and has won many awards for maintaining cleanliness . I have been living in this apartment since 2019 nad has quite happy with services. Its isnt perfect but if you compare with other surrounding appartment its far better. One of the big plus is that is bit away from Gaur City which means less traffic however it does provide easy access to schools which are located with in 2-3 km along with hospital 🏥 Yathart which is less then 1km. Besides this we also have industrial area starting in 1km distance with pepsi, Yamaha and others having there operations hence for future perspective job opportunity are plentiful. Teczone already have IBM and other companies already working and many others to come up soon. I would recommend any one looking for peace full place to live in. I live in this society and I just love it. Here it is a lot of greenery in the garden, the floor of CHILDRENS PLAY AREA is coated with soft and fluffy sheet (kinda) and for me this is the best soceity. Also over here you get high level security. There is a seprate court for lawn tennis, skating, badminton, basketball and also you have a fountain here. The clubhouse here contains kids room, library, table tennis and one more game. You have a dog park here and mini gardens in front of every tower. It received the most clean society award in 2021. Loving it here.You also have a gym here.The commercial in the soceity makes it really convenient cause it has beauty parlour, grocery stores, ATM, bakery etc. This soceity has a free delivery of shudh aata and oil.

This place is affordable and quality wise also good, but only problem here is that in summers there are ants in every corner of the flat , nothing can be left on the kitchen slabs, even in 5 minutes food will be ruined by ants. Ants are so stubborn even laxman rekha or ant killer wont work more than half a day there. I am not sure if ant problem is in every flat here.

A very well maintained & clean society with good green central lawn. The positive points of the society are :1. Ample space inside the property for walking2. Good maintenance & house keeping by the Stellar maintenance.3. 24 hours round the clock service and well behaved & very helpful maintenance staff under the supervision of Mr. Saraswat4. The lane outside the property is very wide and the mainroad starts after a very wide green belt in between leading to zero chaos of traffic & noise with pleasant overview and freshness.5. Only 14 floors in each tower as compared to high rise 20-25 floors by ATS & other leading builders leading to less density property6. Recently Ganga water large pipeline has been laid down throught-out the periphery of the property which will definitely add to fresh & 24 hours water supply in future. At present also there is ample water supply by the municipality & borewell.7. Zero power cut and 24 hours power back-up7. There are very less no. of properties adjacent to Stellar like Ace, Trident only & not like other parts of Noida Extn so less density of population does make breathe easy8. Ample Sunlight on the property especially during Winter9. The commercial complex inside the society gives the greatest advantage of having convenient shopping for groceries, daily needs, ATM, banking, saloon, parlours, boutiques etc. etc.10 Good nearby hospital Yatharth is only half a km away from Stellar11. Very massive living complex this side of the town with 20 plus towers each tower has 12 floors and each floor has 6 units. You get an expansive feeling as the builders have left lot of open spaces between buildings. The central part is pretty big and hemmed by tennis court badminton court basketball court and swimming pool on the four sides. There is a pretty big shopping complex within the society itself having 30+ shops catering to most of your needs. Has all the usual amenities like club house gym etc. In case you are OK with the distance it is worth picking up a property here.

I got experienced personally, when I visited the Stellar Jeevan, The construction quality is superb, I read the reviews before visiting the project in this site, but when I physically present over there I am surprised to note that why people are making such false reviews and creating negativity in the society about one entity. Stellar have very good transparency in their projects.Really project is good, I suggested the same to my relatives and friends they bought and living happily in the Flat they purchased, Immediate registration, good customer services.I strongly appreciate, the courtesy, service, and especially for the project, too good construction, totally it is the best project to buy and Invest.

Great society to live in, one of the few projects in Greater Noida West that was completed on time!Society has all the facilities like Gym, Swimming Pool and Community Club. Ample parking space as well!

The Civil Work is 3rd class after 2 years in flat visible may cracks and plaster is damaged.Facility denied to fix the problem.Looking like after next 2 year I have to do whole plaster work in my flat by own pocket.Whenever any thunderstorms comes every time balcony plaster is affect but my be I have to fix it on my own pay.Even plaster near door is also showing cracks.

I bought stellar in 2012 when people had lost faith in greater noida west. My first reaction at site with the M.D had given me lot of confidence . When i fell that M.D takes direct interest in any project, it is bound to be good.After that I interacted with the staff, sales people are very helpful and so is after sales support. I find a different culture rising with their group . I feel at ease with the staff and the company.I am surprised to find feed backs on the net, which are different to my experience.I am for Stellar, with Stellar.

One of the first society in Noida extension.. The neighborhood still to build the property.. This has lot of open space and high rise building.. Gated community with security. However the civic issues remain there. Due to construction activities Im neighborhood there is lot of dust all around.

IT WAS A WISE DECISION TO BUY A FLAT IN STELLAR.THE CONSTRUCTION IS VERY GOOD. ALL THE ROOMS ARE OPEN SIDED WITH PROPER VENTILATION AND LIGHT.IT IS A NICE AND PEACEFUL PLACE TO LIVE WITH BEAUTIFUL GREEN PARK, CLUB, SWIMMING POOL,FOUNTAIN AT THE CENTER OF THE SOCIETY.

I am really fed up with the society . Its worst . No cleaning in basement area. Bad behaviour of staff and no proper parking space. We are in the L block but got the parking in A block as they have allotted our parking to other persons having illegal money. If you wanna experience बजबजाते नाले, come and enjoy here.

A bit far from the main 130 Mtr road (Gaur chowk side). Security around and public transportation is no good. Things are expensive in this market. Residents are forced to buy daily needs goods from here as no other option is nearby.

Great shops, great services.

Could not find 0 star. I am a resident here and been facing many issues. The most dangerous one is construction quality. Thunderstorm has dislodged many doors made society a place full of debris. This happened in almost 80 units, Can you image? Cracks have been reported in more than 250 flats. When people reported to builder, he shows arrogance and then says that you are against us for some personal benefits. Hilarious...People are paranoid ... you can scratch plaster off with gentle rub.Next,The facility is worse . Kids got injured in swimming pool due to broken glasses lying in pool. The facility manager was informed and still he did not take action.Builder is charging money for each facility like swimming pool, lawn tennis etc... even when we have paid maintenance and all charges.The cracks widened post earth quake and we are in the process of doing structural safety test . When plaster was removed, It was found that crack is deep within the RCC structure. God save us from such greedy builders. I would not recommend my fellow to risk their lives here.

House hold things be it vegetables, groceries, confectionary etc are very expensive here as its the only first society where people are living. only good for residents who own their flats here because they dont have any option.. Located on service road and the is no direct entry or exit off this society.

Great shopping complex to get everything at one place

The best part about the Group is that they are totally transparent in their dealings. They have all the required approvals, papers etc. needed for the project. Never have I seen any builder so willing to solve all my queries so willingly.

I found adequate greenery in stellar jeevan project and also having clubhouse which is fabulous.Project is better than expected for the rate at which it was launched . The quality included finishing is satisfactory. Maintenance team has done a fair job and responsive residence.But the best part of stellar is very active security which is 24*7 .

Considering many options and ample of cheap offers I went ahead and stick to my decision.With few ups and downs we have been handed over our unit well before any other such action by any other builder in this area. Almost, all promises found fulfilled and efforts are ON to resolve few new ones as well. I have to thank the team STELLAR JEEVAN for playing a tough and challenging role. Through social media I am getting some news of misunderstanding among some buyers and management. I will request all to sit and find peaceful solutions. We look forward for a peaceful living in our society without any heart burns among all of us.

It is one of the best project of the Stellar Group. There were few problems in the society ,which is expected for a project of this magnitude .But the speed with which the issues have been resolved is amazing. The society is properly up and running now.

I m the resident of society. Nice Society with EXTREMELY POOR quality of construction. Even the GM Mrs. Varsha Kapoor is not at all supportive in resolving the issues. Very low density fly ash bricks are used, that u can easily drill in the wall with the help of a screw driver instead of drilling machine. Ratio of cement in the plaster is very less. Very poor quality of windows n frames are fitted. Mostly positive comments are been given by Stellar Staff only. Think wisely n choose wisely before u make any decision.

Needs a lot to improve regarding house keeping, cleanliness, washrooms makes you remember of the common washrooms if the railway station
