Wonderful place to begin with swimming. Staff is really cooperative and they ask for regular feedback. You can opt for with coach or without coach facility. Washrooms are really neet and clean. I am novice but within three days I learnt to float and breathe holding. Ample amount of space for parking. Overall good experience till now will update as soon as I will progress more.

Well maintained.. They have strict regulations for the swimming dress and cap and they have a female trainer available too. They teach with patience and ensure to keep you motivated.

Fitso has been great at providing facilities and their coaches are phenomenal at their job. Swimming was never made so easy and fun by Vinay sir. He teaches the techniques bit by bit and corrects whenever anything goes wrong promptly. I personally love the indoor pool at Sapphire International School because they maintain it very well according to standards. Would recommend anybody to join Fitso Seals for an awesome swimming experience.

Best pool in town i must say. The staff here is very professional and the pool is best all the amenities they provide are unmatchable . Changing rooms and washrooms are neat and clean shampoo and shower gel are available in changing rooms . Locker facility is available . No issue of security at all. They have all the equipments necessary for learning and be an excellent swimmer . Staff is professional only one problem is there they keep changing their coaches very frequently which is a problem in learning process.

Being a complete novice and someone not too comfortable with water, Fitso trainers did a commendable job of not just making me comfortable but also providing a world class training. Their overall approach to training is highly methodical and professional grade. After just 15 days of training I was really comfortable swimming in deep water. Also pool is very well maintained with limited swimmers per slot giving you space to swim and learn well.Overall this is certainly highly recommended.

It is a nice place to learn swimming. Facilities are good and they have a good level of hygiene maintained as well. Trainers, too, are nice and humble. Thanks to Vinay Sir and all the trainers, who helped me in the process of learning the skill!

Facilities are good, but coaching is poor. I have taken 5 sessions so far but the coach doesn’t come in water at all, and if I am lucky, I get his attention for 5 mins per session, that too from outside the pool. Obviously it is difficult to learn to swim this way. The coach is busy with other works, managing files etc. I hope Fitso does something about it, before joining their sales team flooded me with calls telling how great the coaches are. Seems like it was all lies.

It is a really really good place to learn swimming. All the staf are very decent and having a helpful nature.

I got my kids enrolled in summer camp 2018. The pool is indoor and is well maintained. Neatness and cleanliness is taken care of well. Timings and discipline are taken care of. I personally liked the ambience. All the coaches are helpful and put in their best efforts. The only drawback is - when there is power cut. Lights are there on Inverter. But it becomes a bit suffocative. They said that they working on connecting the pool system to generator system. The summer camp was beneficial and fruitful. Overall, I am satisfied and happy with it.

What I like most about them is :1) The water quality in the pool is visibly better than other pools in Delhi NCR.2) They have indoor pools so I can swim throughout the year.3) The shower rooms, lockers, space to sit for visitors, toilets, hygiene, password protected entry and exit are a nice experience.4) The coach are super amazing in case you wish to learn from the start and be a pro at it.5) They ensure to take feedback from their customers because they strive to remain the best at what they do.Also, they know the importance of little things and so they keep spreading happiness for examples This Diwali the staff greeted customers with sweets, and I observed that this gesture put smiles on the faces of their customers. certainly, little things go a long way!.

The pool is good from 2.5 feet to 4 feet depth. The overall hygiene is good. Since it is underground the pool has its own advantage.The coaches are good and experienced. The coaching ratio is 1:5.

One of the finest place to learn swimming. Well maintain pool and encouraging trainers motivates one to learn swimming and give his/her best. Under the training and guidance of Sudipta Saha, it took me only 4 months to learn swimming from being a non swimmer to today completing 1.2 km swim in 50 mins. And I am sure under his guidance it will improve further.

Been using the services of fitso in Noida SEC 70, and its a really nice experience. Coaches are very helpful, and hygiene is properly taken care of. In terms of learning, they teach you well with all techniques. Would love to recommend to everyone including beginners.

Positives: Indoor pool, very clean, coach’s are very cooperative.Negative: only 3 types of packages: all days ( Tuesday to Sunday), weekdays (Tuesday to Thursday), weekends ( Friday to Sunday) - in my case once the schools are open I am unable to come on weekdays plus Friday’s but no packages for Saturday - Sunday (2 days).Overall good experience.

Best thing about Fitso seals swimming pool is that its indoor so no chances of skin tanning. Pool is not overcrowded in morning hours.

Myself is Monika Singh and I Would to share my feedback for Fitso team of Saphire International School Sector-70 Noida.They are doing really a great job. I have enrolled my son in the month of May with the hope that he will learn the swimming. In a two month tenure my son is really doing so good and I am happy with his performance.Looking at his performance I have enrolled myself too in the month of June.In the earlier days I was finding it little difficult for myself and felt demotivated. Thought may be I have taken wrong decision and my money will be waste.But team motivated me so well and now I am improving and feeling motivated.Really happy with coaches. Must rate as one of the best swimming pool I have ever visited in noida.....being an aqua phobic I wanted to overcome fear of water and I always wanted to swim but I knew it was probably pie in the sky for me.... yes pools are a dime a dozen n I was dazed to take my pick of any pool... one day whilst, having tete-a-tete with my friend, I came to know about FITSO and thought to give it a shot so without dawdling I partook in the swimming class and... and... My experience at Fitso seals @ Sapphire International School is amazing. The swimming pool and other facilities are well maintained and staff is also very cooperative.I have enrolled my daughters for a beginner level program. I would specially like to mention names of Ranjeet Kumar Sahani and Vinay Kumar Gupta, both of them have given their best effort in training and have worked consistently each day. They paid individual attention to them and ensured quick learning. Both Ranjeet and Vinay are very skilful and know very well how to teach beginners progressively. My younger daughter was extremely scared to swim initially, but Ranjeet’s consistent and dedicated efforts have helped her to overcome her fear.Also like to thank coach Arun Duhan for managing things nicely.These guys are doing a great job. I will recommend this to every swimming enthusiast.

FITSO is truly meeting the expectations. Not muny options were available for swimming with such excellent facilities in NCR region.
