Paid in full for the order placed on 23rd March 21. Struggling to get the delivery status. The customer care speak lies about the order status and dispatch and makes to effort to update the customer. Regret having chosen wooden street. Will caution all through social media posts not to trust the company. They are liars and irresponsible bunch of individuals. Highly disappointed. Dont trust this fraud company wooden street.

From a very long time, I was looking out for coffee table which has sleek legs and can fit in my living room. But in every shops, I found big and huge ones then my friend suggested to have from wooden street. Honestly, I was surprised with their collection, they all have what I wanted. Loved it and received at good prices. Amazing store ever!

Horrible experience. You can place the order and then you just have to keep waiting for it to be delivered. I had ordered on 16th Dec for a dining table and it is yet to be delivered. Its really frustrating with no update on app and the customer care is pathetic. They have just 1-2 standard lines taught to them and for any query, they will just paste that response. I have never came across such a furniture store that deals with your problems in a swift manner. I bought a 3+2 seater for the living room and accidentally, put the wrong address. Pathetic service. While ordering i asked them for a delivery date. They promised to match the date i wanted for delivery and they will assign a manager who will keep us posted on the order status. Once the order is placed, no calls from anyone. The customer service is useless beyond imagination. You gotta spend 15 minutes each time just to hear one person transferring to other. I got an email 2 weeks ago that the order has reached the delivery center and will reach me in 2 days for sure. After that no response again. Not recommended at all.

We bought a Boho bed with two bedside tables and a wardrobe, and it looks absolutely good. Beautiful work which stands out from everything else, and the Mahogany finish is gorgeous. Very happy indeed. Will buy other pieces from them as well.

I am chasing with them to get an update on this with no response. I visited Noida center and requested their branch head Mr. Amit to expedite the delivery but still no response. It seems it is a fraud company. I am feeling like helpless. They are even not ready to cancel the delivery. I am just waiting for my bed after paying the entire amount in the first visit. My ODF number was # 44158. I am putting this since they issue a ODF to you.They asked me to pay all money in advance and i did so. The expected delivery time was 4-5 weeks. After a month i followed-up and they said it is delayed. I didnt pressed them. After passing few weeks when i pressed them than a coffee table was delivered which was defective and cushions with them were also defective. I immediately reported before the delivery guys left. The store manage told me that it will get corrected in 2 hours. I have to follow-up for 3 weeks to get the coffee table fixed. They even started ignoring my call or when i called them they put me on hold for 30 minutes or more. Cushion are still not corrected after 3 months at the time of writing this review.My ordeal still not ended, they delivered me sofa after 10 weeks. an that too after my daily follow-ups and threat of police complaint for cheating. NOW...When the sofa was delivered to me it was broken and damaged. I refuse to take delivery. Then store manage requested me to take delivery and he will get rectified in 2 days time. I refused again sighting my past experience... them a lady from there corporate office called me... She confirmed me in writing that it will be very difficult to them to re-pack and get back to store and assured me in WRITING to get it corrected.... thereafter again 2 weeks passed noting happened..Thereafter I threatened them to take legal and police action. They sent the carpenter next day.. but the repair was worst than damage.. Looks like it was not repairable ....I am highly disappointed by their behavior and customer service dont have any Standard and Ethics. I assume this company was founded just to show nice picture on the web and display. Get money out of the customer and then take them for a ride.......................

Came in looking for a double bed with storage, and the staff helped me decide what would be suitable for us. After testing several sets of beds, we liked the Alanzo bed the most. Ample storage, both traditional, in sliding drawers and shelves on the headboard. A good choice for us. We got the Mahagony finish, and within two days, it arrived. 100% satisfied.

Think many times before purchasing from Wooden street online portal. They force you to accept defective products and also don’t refund your money. Their customer care doesn’t respond at all and their escalation team also doesn’t care.After paying money upfront, You are at their mercy. They gave me a defective product (I had ordered an home temple). After a lot of follow-up they picked up the defective product for repairing but returned the same product after a month with all the cracks. Pls see the attached photographs.As per their terms and conditions, for a damaged replacement, they will have to refund the money. So I asked them for refund of the money. But they refused to give a refund of the amount and forced me to either take the damaged product at a discount of 10% or choose another product, either of which I was not interested in. It is completely their fault and instead of gracefully accepting the same and refunding the money, they are harassing the customer.Anyway, after a lot of follow up for refund, left with no option - finally I had to agree to their offer of a credit note. I went to their experience store at Noida to pick up stuff for that amount. We were looking for study tables and Trunk boxes and though there were items, many were defective/ broken etc. We picked up some stuff so that our amount is utilised.Lastly, let me warn you not to post any comments before you get the credit note because then they don’t even issue you your rightfully due credit note. They start threatening you to remove your comments as a precondition to issue a credit note. Couldn’t believe that they could stoop to such low levels...High time for such organisations to understand that such business practices which are out rightly cheating customers will not take them too far.....Horrible Experience. I will never recommend purchasing from this site......

Great products and pricing.. Terrible customer service, onetime delivery and post sales service. Bough three products study table, console and side tables. All were delivery good 4-5 weeks late ie they sat on my money for 13 weeks and no one would respond to emails. Study table had paint chipped and a corner broken. It took 4 weeks of followup to get it fixed. Console the installation took 2 months. Basically could not send a carpenter to tighten two screws. Side table came in ok y after 13 weeks of placing the order. All in all the product is ok and reasonably priced but the experience is terrible

Review about a product purchased online - Most unprofessional service provider. Order in March20 has not reached yet . No response from customer support. Missing the committed deadlines again and again. Callback request does not yield any response on the status of the product. So far any senior person has spoken only once, but no sight of ordered product yet. Websites product tracking also does not help. Horrible experiences.

When I dial as a new customer phone is answered promptly. But if i dial as the old customer. It keeps me waiting foe the next available representative.Person said that the produxt theu deliver will surely have dents and scratches. After it gets delivered they will send carpenter to polish thw scratches. They refused to deliver the product in the morning citing that if I customer sees the scratches in the daylight they do not receive it. So we only deliver when there is pitch dark. I have written them today at [email protected] for cancelling and issuing the refund. I just dont know when that day will come. When I posted on Facebook, they deleted my comment and blocked me. Never faced this kind of service.As on 7 dec2020, you guys replied to my review after 2 months. Thanks to my persistent pestering and non give up attitude, the sofa was delivered 20 days back. The 2 seater and the 3 seater have different colors but I am tired of your service , so I will manage it. Trust me, never ordering again and never even suggesting anyone to order from you guys. Buy products from here only if you are ready to do continuous follow ups even after delivery date has crossed. they will never update you about delay in delivery. I had purchased a Danon Lounge chair that I had seen at the Noida store of Wooden Street. I wasextremely satisfied with the product that I had received. The order tracking though was poor but thecustomer care service communicated well. All in all, it was an amazing purchase.

Ordered the Jett sideboard since it seemed well styled online. Estimated delivery was 4-7 weeks. Which was quite a long wait time, but well, at least there was a maximum time limit of 7 weeks, right? Wrong! After many calls to follow up on the order, for which wooden street takes 100% payment upfront, delivery was attempted in week 11. That is almost four months from the date of purchase. Unfortunately their delivery personnel couldn’t move the piece up stairs and will attempt delivery when they have more hands to help move it. So, despite a month-long delay wooden street will not process a refund and we can look forward to many more calls regarding the rescheduled delivery. Wish we’d stuck with Urban Ladder and steered clear of Wooden Street. Can only be glad we ordered a single piece of furniture from them. Cannot yet comment on the quality of products but customer service is obviously awful.

Extremely bad after sales service. There is no comparison with Pepperfry. Placed a pre-paid order 7 weeks back and havent even received any proper response from the customer sales executives. The mail that the sent has no proper information and the customer service manager will never answer calls or emails. The customer has to remind them to check if the mail was sent or was still sitting in their system. The website clearly says 5-7 weeks and when you call them they tell you 9 weeks minimum for a single TV cabinet. I mean WOW! The worst online shopping experience ever!
