Very efficient team, did the work in no time.Very accommodating and did not over sell me with the services unlike urban clap team.Highly recommended as they did not try to make the deal bigger and presented the things as is. The AC installation was very smooth and done very fast n nicely.

The service is very good. The AC PCB burnt, according to them it will take 24 hrs to recover, but looking into our situation they complete it in less than 10 hrs. I gave one star less because of two reasons, 1. When I called them they told me their service charge is 200/- but after completion they charged 300/- and 2. They are so hurry to complete their installation that they forgot to install the stabilizer cover.

Generally, I do not give 5-star ratings. But I think The rectifiers is doing a gr8 job. My AC got repaired the same day at a fair price. Support is good & professional. Go for it !

They do not make fake commitments.I wanted to get my AC installation done on Sunday evening but I called too late and even though the contact person (Mudit) tried his best to arrange a technician that day, it was not possible and he told that to me clearly (and politely).He arranged one for Monday morning and made sure to check with me if he reached on time. The work done by the technician was great. They are very thorough and particular about the quality of their work.After the service also, I was contacted by the team to make sure everything is working fine.Overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend their services. :)

After reading positive reviews I contacted them for AC gas refilling.Over phone they looked professional so I booked them for service.Service guys came on time and while inspecting they said there is a leakage in front grill and can’t repaired and they insisted for complete grill change in 5500, I denied for this as they must try fixing the leak but they said they can’t do this.Instead of trying a fix they charged 200 for Suggesting me a higher costly fix. It looked there focus was on selling part.Next day I got that fixed by another service provider who fixed it without saying anything and with season warranty.

Timely service at decent price. 1st time the technician had not done the gas top up properly. When I noticed the cooling problem in some days, I made a complaint which was attended immediately and resolved to my satisfaction.

I have availed their service last year for gas filling. Did good. This time it was pathetic. Asked for gas filling and wet cleaning. I m not even sure they cleaned the filters. They using mug for wet cleaning unlike others who use a jet. The main problem is for gas filling. Mine is lg and they are filling with R 32 gas which is used in daikin. When I confronted them they said the gas inside the cylinder is r410 and its just the label which was wrong. I lost trust and denied their service.Next day employed Urban clap. They did good.Update: called lg CustomerService for gas filling. The guy came and said everything is fine and no need for gas filling. These guys are total cheaters.

Mudit the manager is very humble and tried at his level best to give best service... I am giving 4 star as the technicians came to my house had done great job but they were not mature enough to perform risk free job. They came at night and did soldering in my room only which was very very risky... such things should be avoided by them, otherwise quality of work is percect. I wish maturity may come soon and they become more professional

PATHETIC SERVICE. AVOID OTHERWISE REGRET.I requested for 1 split and 1 window AC installation. The technician who came to install were not qualified enough.Took 6 Hours to install the split AC and that too in 2 visits in 2 days. For split, we already have all the wirings and pipes in place, all they had to do was hang and connect the internal & external unit.They broke glasses of 2 windows even when nothing was supposed to be done on those windows, still they tried to cut a hole in them when it was not required at all.For Window AC, they took 3 hours and only extended the stabilizer wire.And finally, when we started using both the ACs, the split AC stopped working and when checked, it was because of the poor wiring they did and did not connect the water outlet pipe.Also, the wire that they extended started getting hot within 10 minutes. When checked by a different technician, it was found that the wiring was wrong completely which could have resulted in fire.On top of all, before they came on day 1, the gas in the split was full (got it checked by Hitachi technician during uninstallation). On day 1, they mentioned that the gas is not there in the AC and need to refill and on day 2, they came came up with gas in their cylinder and requested to refill. I denied and all that looked very suspicious. I suspect that they left the knob loose on day 1 just to sell the gas they on day 2.

Good work team, technician was provided within couple of hour from the time of making call, service and gas refill was done to the my satisfaction. Charges for services were lower than any other service provider in sector 135 Noida.

Service is good. But they dont have control over their service providers. First the service provider didnt want to come at given timing which was in morning, they wanted to come in evening. When I complained to Mr. Mudit , they came in afternoon.But seems like they were pissed off because of the complaint.Also they charged too much for ac installation. Mr. Mudit quoted Rs. 600 as window ac installation. They charged me Rs.1100 for ac installation. Their reason was they had to fit the ply and had to remove the grill for installing. To be honest, I had got similar things done from other service providers earlier, and no one ever charged this much ever though they had to do the same things earlier. Max I was charged was something around 800-850

He is training people on your AC. They spoil the AC completely. Just avoid them. Otherwise you pay dearly.

Bad service, technicians are not good enough, have less experience, not able to recognize issues. Charges are high too. Demands extra money on next visit in guarantee period.

They are just aggregator like Uber..who will redirect your service to local vendor for servicing..no billing given..no warranty for AC filling ...it would be better to do direct dealing with AC service vendor

The technicians are incapable. Believe in replacement of parts rather than repair. While repairing burnt my bird net worth ₹2600/. Gas refill guarantee offered 3 days (?)The technician was supposed to repair half valve. As he did not take care the rubber parts of AC caught fire which damaged the quarter valve also and bird net also got burnt. I asked the technicians to leave. When company technician came, he found that pressure is not building at all as the indoor unit tube bend was badly damaged while fitting the unit.When I called Rectifiers, he told me that he is only aggregator and does not have any control over quality of technitian. I am planning to lodge police complaint.

I got my Voltas solit ac repaired from them. They told me pcb is faulty and might take time but on my request they repaired and installed back on the same day. Communications and charging was also clear. I am happy with the service.

If someone want to go for amateur and ill behaved roadside vendors than one must opt for THE RECTIFIER Aggregators for AC service & maintainence which means sending same persons such as Rehan and Kohinoor AC services from Gejha Village with putting premium extra... if its Rs. 300/- than Rectifier will quote Rs.450-500/- and pocketing commision. To avoid badly behaved street vendors I opted for regular AC service for my home in apartment. The so called engineer or executive turned out to be same ill behaved bad smelling street vendor under the guise of THE RECTIFIER, manifested with unruly behaviour. Being in someones home we all expect them to be polite and co-operative such as removing muddy shoes and wearing chappals which we use in our home and providing them. Out of the two person the junior ends up doing the servicing and the senior member ends up doing unruly rude behaviour with customer and his junior. Customer feels cheated when they receive ill behaved amateur servicing by paying premium with the same kind of below average servicing from sreet side vendors through these aggregators !!

Highly unprofessional. Doesnt care for customers time. They committed to do the job on sunday at 4 pm, then i got the call that it will be done at 6pm. After that their electrician called me up saying i am standing outside your house and will come in 20 mins. He came after one hour at 7:15pm. After that when i left home he said he will definitely do the job on tuesday morning. But till now i didnt received any confirmation. This is the level of customer support they provide. Pathetic.After a week, the support provided by the owner was commendable. He was directly involved in the matter and provided the best service.Keep doing the good job!
