Poor management..terrible state of their operations..dirty poitcs and favoritism ...people in the management like Zenobia amul and the team leaders are nothing but just bunch of some uneducated dummies who dont work with logics and ethics.

Xavient is a very good company to work. They have clients in USA and recently taken over by a Canadian company. I would recommend everyone to give it a try in Xavient. They are the best in salary too.

The level of interview was good and I filled a bunch of forms post clearing the interview, I was told upfront that I was on hold and would be informed about the status in 3 working days . Even after trying to reach out I was not informed about the status and Naveen ( HR) even though being super helpful personally wasnt transparent professionally.But I am giving 3 stars because its a good company and it has good people.Location wise isnt the best place but the campus was huge.

While the whole country are urged to stay at home, you guys are still not taking it as a serious situation. My sister works here n you guys are still calling her to work and not providing WFH. This should not be done.

Xavient is a service based company which provides technical services mostly to telecom companies. Recently it is acquired by Telus which is Canadian national telecommunications company. Xavient is situated in noida (sector 82 and sector 135). Infrastructure is not good here and work wise also I will say not good but salary structure is nice which attracts people here. But now they are focusing on infrastructure as well.

Its located inside nsez....this place claims to be safe for techies but I found it very secluded and far from Noida city centre metro station

Xavient digital: powered by Telus International. This is the new brand name for this company after its merger with Telus International. Good for experience people. Good location in NSEZ. HR is very active and comes up with good activities on every occasion. Take initiative in many Noble cause like working with NGOs, environmental issues, cloths donation, collecting money and giving in relief funds etc. Good number of clients, many working profiles. Overall a good company to work with.

Way to reach there is little bumpy.. perhaps company is looking ok ok but they have few good projects from USA so opportunity to go onshore is quite feasible

My experience was really very bad at this company. First of all they continuously dropped me mail for the interview and when I finally went for interview from gurgaon to noida then the gate keeper didnt allow me inside the company.As i was travelling from gurgaon to noida so it took me more time as i was expecting and I was a bit late to reach there. People were comming out from that company and they told me that interview is still going on but gate keeper didnt allow me.The recruiter which they have mentioned in mail didnt come on that day and some other recruiter came and they dont even know that I also had interview there.Management is really very bad and company is also not that good.

It was one of the bad place, in terms of IT companies, no navigation given on the address and Gate No. 2 used to get close on weekends, the candidate has to go 1 km to reach the office and at the office premises there is no management, guards used to place your bags on the floor and interviewer does not have good knowledge of the questions too.
