Cheap company, low thinkingThey retained 10% of employees salary each month.Managers are like dogs breathJaisa top management n bola bs ha ji ha ji bol dete hAnd some of them scarify to employees for example (you may be getting good opportunity or salary package outside & you may dont need smc relieving or look back at smc after sometime but my personal advice to you to always give your full or best shot to every place till your last day of work... Third class company here you meet HR SAMIR RANJAN they take your orginal marksheets and signed an agreement for three year.DONT GO FRESHER

They interviewed me in 2011.It is a small set up in Noida at that time.Interviewers were not professional. During interview I feel they are just pulling the leg or poking.

Worst company ever dont join fresher they signed agreement for 1 and 2 year and they also take orginal 10th and 12th graduation markesheet.MANAGER ARE WORST PEOPLE.

So if people says that the hard work is not recognized by the company, thats not true.I highly recommend this company for all freshers and experienced as well.

I interned at SandMartin for a long period and I had an amazing time. The guidance and support by the seniors was indispensible and the professional work environment helped me learn so much. I am very surprised by the fake negative reviews that people are posting. My experience was exactly opposite and I would highly recommend working in this company to actually learn and grow while enjoying the work you do.

I joined here in 2017 they said they wl keep my document and retured it after 2 week but they lost my documents ( 10th and 12th certificate ). And most importantly they make us signed 2 yr bond and after our 1 st increment they start deducting april bonus and diwali bonus and when i decided to quiet company, they hold my 1 month salary and diwali and april bonus. I beg them to not hold my salary but their manager Ashish Sharma ( the person who gave 5 stars ) fired me and use very abusive language. PLZ STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDS.

I am working with this organization for more than a decade. It is a good place to learn and grow. Management here understands the concerns of employees and try to satisfy them in best possible manner. Ys we do get the bond signed and ask the freshers to deposit their original marksheets but the intention is not wrong. Purpose behind the same is to retain the employee for atleast two years as there is training cost involved during training period. To gain anything we need to invest something so if we want to gain the training given at sandmartin then we do need to invest our initial two years. It depends upon the human being how he or she try to find out positivity in all the situations. I do recommend freshers to join this organization and make sandmartin as a base in their career growth

I went there for an interview for d post pf backend.. when they give me written logical que. They told me that do not solve accounting questions. Then i do the same, but later manager told me that why dont you fill accounting questions. I said that u told me . But they told me that my all logical questions was correct but I did not solve accounting questions , thats y they did not select me. I was in anger coz they told me that dont but inspiteofi they didnt select me and not hire me ..... It was managers mistakemis what I jus dont know m.. seriously disappointed. That they did this to me.
