Is this company associated with Tata groups?

Really a bad place to work.. So much of political and partial environment. Managers are not at all coordinating. They show partiality on your face and create a bad work environment. Never prefer this place for anyone to work.

I have worked in CT for 3 years. I joined as a Manager and later promoted as Dy general manager. It was a great working experience.Got to learn a lot about direct marketing and lead gen campaigns. The directors are very qualified and helpful. They guide you in every phase of your work. I wish them all the very best.

Worst working experience! The one who massages the ego of top management gets a promotion. They may appreciate your hard work but wont ever give you the promotion.They are terrible at the time of employee separation as well.
