This is a very old railway station. It is now being renovated and upgraded to offer many more passenger amenities to make railway travel and waiting more comfortable...As of now there is no good refreshment stall on the platforms...There are umpteen juice stalls and stalls that sell idli, dosa, samosa & some other snacks, but nothing that is satisfying. In the nearby surrounding areas too there arent any good restaurantsThere is a newspaper/book stall too...

Nizamabad Junction railway station (station code:NZB[2]) is an Indian railway station, which serves the city of Nizamabad in Telangana. It is a major station on Secunderabad-Manmad railway line, also serving as the junction point for Secunderabad, Peddapalli, Jankampet/Mudkhed Junctions. It is administered under Hyderabad railway division of South Central Railway zone. Jankampet Junction railway station is another station located in the city from where the Secunderabad-Manmad railway line branch towards Bodhan.Nizamabad railway station is a junction connecting northern, southern and western India lines.[6] It is situated on Secunderabad (Kacheguda)-Manmad railway line and is also the convergence station for Peddapalli-Karimnagar-Nizamabad line via Armoor [7] which was inaugurated on 25 March 2017 with a DEMU service between Nizamabad and Karimnagar. This section is a part of Delhi-Chennai line which is known as Grand Trunk Route. This 180 km (110 mi) long line also reduced the distance the between major Indian cities such as Hyderabad-New Delhi, Mumbai-Karimnagar, Nizamabad-Warangal.

The station is not clean not maintained properly the for the staff of the station are not doing the job well the place is pretty russy at the time mostly the trains are late over here the station is pretty big but not maintained properly there are no proper lighting arrangements in the station the bathrooms are horrible they are not at all maintain the surrounding of the stations are fully filled with full of vendors

Still people are crossing the rail track.no one there to ask or to stop.booking are is worst.no hygiene in toilets.RPF office is good and well maintained,but police men on platform to see anti social activities.last I couldnt find wheelchair assistance in station.

Untidy but well maintained infrastructure like ATVMs, lifts, AC Dormitory and WiFi. Though it is one of the major junction railway stations in SCR, it lacks the amenities such as an ATM, medical outlet, escalators and pitlines.

About : Station comes under the South Central Railway.It has 5 tracks and 3 platforms.It serves 40k passengers daily.It acts as a junction for Secunderabad Junction,Peddapalli and Jankampet/Mudkher Junctions.Its station code is NZB.Coming to its maintainence,its not good.There are facilities like rest rooms,benches for the travelers to wait and take rest.There is parking facility before the station.There are ATVMs (Automatic Ticket Vending Machines) too.After alighting from the train,you can catch a bus or an auto rickshaw to go to the desired place in the city.It still needs to be developed a lot.In future a Multi Functional Complex is going to be constructed adjacent to the station building.

Nizamabad railway station. Its the Shan of Nizamabad. One of the oldest railway station. We have many trains which pass through this station. Its is connectivity to many areas. We have nearly 4 to 5 trains to Hyderabad daily in comfortable timings.

Now it has google wifi. It has lift in the right walkover bridge from entrance to go to second and third platform. It has less facilities like shops and others but better than small stations. All trains passing through stop here. Major trains stop for 5 min. Want to eat make your own arrangements here only snacks are available like samosa and others.

Neatness in general waiting area is not maintained.. I dont know why canteen is closed on day time the only good thing I like about this is water bottle sold on mrp rate in small stalls inside station

One of the best Railway Station...Waiting Room,Toilet Facility.

From this station we can find trains to Hyderabad/Secundrabad very frequently. This station ha both 2&4 wheeler parking. We have higher class waiting hall in this station, also there are no.of stalls to purchase basic needs while you travel. From this Station to RTC bus stop its just walkable distance.

4 platforms with neet ambiance will be here. Good food available. Provided separate Waiting hall for General sleeper and AC passengers. Wheelchair faculty available. Snacks and other confectionery are with reasonable rates. Time table boards, announcements provided by the authorities.

Measures are being taken to maintain neatness...!

The entrance gate for Nizamabad railway station is very easily noticeable on main road. The premises around this entrance is not clean. Out side to this entrance there are many occupied stalls.
