Best institute for engineering in the itanagar capital complex.all u need is to crack the entrances. In campus post office,atm, departmental store is available even outsiders can buy products from there, they even give a discount on MRPs. The campus is good for riding bicycles. Though entry is bit restricted due to the pandemic.

The Institute is good enough and the students of the Institute are given admission by giving an entrance exam,either for Diploma or Degree course.It has got various facilities for different branches and has a lot of potential to be far better than it is now .The campus is huge , but it is not maintained properly causing it to look less appealing for the people visiting this Institute.The Institute has got the following branches:-Agricultural Engineering-Civil Engineering-Computer Science and Engineering.-Electrical Engineering.-Electronics and Communication Engineering.-Forestry and Life Sciences.-Mechanical Engineering.In future, it is expected to expand its branches and make it more efficient.

I passed out in 2006. An excellent place to study. Particularly very handy for students of North East. Qualified teachers, mark scoring was tough. Very good workshop facilities, hostels for both boys and girls, gymkhana, playground.

After all you will really love to study here. Other than studies You will get learn many other things like culture of all the states of North East India.

I had visited NERIST in the year 2004. Off course, it is one of the finest & highly reputed CFTI in North East of India which comes in top up the line Institute with IITs though, I had an urgent desire to study an engineering course from this Institute. Its progressive and calm peaceful between amazing hills. More important thing is that it’s one of the cheapest CFTI of India.

FOR SBI BANK OF NERISTIt was my first time there when i saw that one of the cashier(tribal women ) assaulting one old man.she was using slang words. because she found herself wrong and guilty. so, instead of asking forgiveness she decided to assault him. I dont know why this bank give jobs to those having short temper personality. worst experience ever. That tribal lady (cashier) is sick!

Just like a regular student I went inside the campus and felt great cz there are people coming from different regions of North east india. its kind of great place to be as gives you student feeling all the time and funny things we all did in our times.however I feel somehow there should be cleanliness and place should be more trendy.fastfood are everywhere and near by and line of shops near the main gate.

NERIST makes you a HUMAN....and an ENGINEER ... it changes the way of thinking...Passed out in 1997 from COMPUTER SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING...and is now working in INDIANOIL CORP LTD from 1998 till date. Geographically far away from mainland INDIA doesnt creates any problem for recruitments. As all the students tries to excel and prove oneself in every sphere of life. In fact its a blessing in disguise..no distractions of any modern lifestyles like Malls / Multi screens. It had the best lab in Electronics and communication , busloads of IIT-G students used to visit it for doing practicals on Saturdays - Sundays, Mechanical LAB with CNC is mentionable..All the pass out are working employed.....Some are good entrepreneur and are well settled...NERIST students are recruited in the first lot at any interview held in BANGALORE/ HYDERABAD....
