BEWARE: Unscrupulous persons apparently working for Yogi computer tried to convince my husband that they had erroneously refunded him $4,999 because of an error in a decimal point instead of a $500 charge to renew the contract. They took control of our computer manipulated his bank account by taking the money in his saving account and putting it in his checking account. They also took $500 in. They insisted he had to come up with Macy gift cards to repay the money. We both had to get new bank accounts and scrub our computers. Remote access software was found.
