I recommend no one go to game stop on 21st Newark and and purchase a system I bought a brand new Ps4 on Black Friday and 1 month and 2 days later it wouldn’t turn in. I went in and they told me that they wouldn’t exchange it. It was past the 30 days of purchase and that I needed to send it to Sony. So I did it came back 3 weeks later and they wouldn’t repaid due to insect damage. I run a clean home never seen a bug in the 3 years being there. Sony told me to call game stop and deal with them. So I did and they still won’t do anything about it. Is this how you treat a customer. No! I am a manager I would never treat a customer this way. I could understand if it was 6 months or a year down the road but 1 month and 2 days. This makes me very angry that your going to do your customers this way. Now I’m out 200$ that I paid for it. So don’t buy from game stop on 21st Newark Ohio 43055

Great people so polite and knowledgeable. My family has been going here for years now. We wouldnt go anywhere else. They have a wide variety of things not just video games, clothes, boardgames, action figures. Just so much and its made me the Hit, every Christmas with the whole family and friends. I just love this store 😍

The GameStop in Heath is probably one of the nicer ones Ive visited over the years in many different states. The manager Alex and his staff are all very nice and super helpful. Theyre always good about calling to remind you about your preorders and have always gone out of their way to help with any issues.

This company is only cool because they sell video games of course however they destroyed all competition that would honestly pay you far more for each game or console than what they will. And theres no bartering with them its a set number on a computer they just bark at you

This is by far the best Gamestop I have ever dealt with! Usually I get help from Angel or Trent but Brian, Selena and Julie are awesome too. They are always friendly even when there are customers in there being jerks but always greet the next customer with a smile and the store is always clean and organized.

I was not able to pick up my 9 p.m. release at 9:08. I was told that he shut the gates at 9:05 because he cant stay open forever. I was on the phone with him and he looked me in the face and said he could not give me my game even though I was standing in front of the door. That it was impossible. Then I went to the Heath store and picked up my friends pre-order and they said that they were supposed to stay open till 9:30. Im only shopping at the Heath location from now on.

Friendly, helpful, if they cant help you theyll call up nearby GameStops to be sure for a fact that they may help you. The horror stories you hear online wont occur here

I usually go here with my boyfriend, but their varity in the stores is empeccable. I Usually buy pokemon related objects when i go here. But i still love the mood of the store and the workers are amazingly considerate and nice.

Bought a game for $65. One hour later, took said game back because it sucked and wasn’t clinch co-op as I was told. They only offered me $10 trade in. This place is the worst! That’s why I will buy from amazon from now on and at least get a little money back when a game sucks!

Rude. Not nice to deal with. Give you nasty looks and arent helpful. Once bought product and was damaged, they wont take it back. Wasnt even open. Said you pre-ordered it, that is one you get. Avoid!
