The kale pineapple smoothie was delicious. A little tart and sweet. Very filling. Also highly recommend the vegan summer rolls. Their peanut sauce that goes with the summer rolls was savory and sweet.They have a HUGE menu of selections. And the although the restaurant was kind of small, the decor was very cute.

A literal gem of a place. Never have I had such an amazing portion of food, that is top notch quality and taste. While being super affordable. New favorite lunch/dinner spot anytime that I am in the city. I can not recommend enough. Please go here and try everything. The staff is friendly and inviting, the food and shakes are immaculate. 100/10

Love this place! Myself and my bf are big meat eaters but absolutely love this vegetarian restaurant. They have a very large and varied selection of all different cuisines with a vegetarian twist. My go to is the Vegetarian Meatballs Sub but all the burgers are excellent. They also have a great brunch menu and you cant beat a $5 house wine! ProTip: Order the garlic fries!

Food is amazing, delicious, and customer services is impeccable. I have been going here for over 8 years and have not stopped since. Their buffalo strips are yummy, their Taco Ole, not on the menu but ask for it. Also, their summer rolls are yummy. Bon appetite!

I can’t believe it’s vegan! They have so many options it’s unbelievable. I had their buffalo wings which was alright- the sauce itself was a bit too tangy for my liking and the density of the soy was a bit tough. I’ve had better from other vegan spots. The chicken nuggets were out of this world- was cooked perfectly, crispy and tender. It was so good I ordered 2 more to go. I had the mock chicken quesadilla which was delicious- very generous portions. The vegetables inside were fresh, seasoned well, and very flavorful. Good recommendation by the waiter. Also ordered a house fruit drink which tasted very good...a bit on the sweet side but I liked it

Amazing vegan place! nice atmosphere and friendly workers. however the food was a bit overpriced considering i could get similar items from other restaurants at the same or better vegan quality. the big leap burger only had one onion ring so i was really let down. the pie was okay, the crust wasnt that sweet and didnt stick together really well. overall a good experience but i wouldnt come back

I love this place. Staff is friendly and the menu has a lot to choose from. I do wish they kept some of their old menu items because when they redesigned they got rid of some of my vegan favorites. It is more vegetarian than vegan friendly but there is a decent vegan selection. For GF folk - there are options too.

Quantum Leap serves salads, burgers, soups and vegetarian Vietnamese food. The service is superb in all its attentiveness. Our waiter made sure everything arrived in a timely manner and filled our water glasses often. The food is good, its definitely fresh and reminds me of a fusion American/Asian joint. Cant go wrong with Quantum Leap for a casual lunch or dinner if youre in the neighborhood. Open for outdoor brunch/lunch dining during Covid!

Been to the Thompson Street location many times, and never had a dish I didnt love, and Im not even vegan...love the buffalo wings and the ginger chicken, and Caroline is the best waitress in NYC

This was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had!! And I’ve had a lot of vegan burgers in my time. I got the pineapple beet burger, and it was the perfect blend of savory and sweet. I’m also obsessed with condiments but didn’t need any ketchup for this burger—better to let the burger’s flavors and the purple slaw they put on it to shine. Extremely satisfying and the fries that came along were really yummy as well :) go go go go go even if you’re not a vegan because even my non vegan friend who pretty much loves meat and hates vegan imitations loved this place.

Very nice and cozy place!!! Buffalo wings -fake!!! 🤫 But salmon with garlic is real and very tasty. Dont forget about 🍺 beer- dark beer(🦁 lion) from Shri Lanka excellent!!! Try it. Next time when I go there because of this Beer , food also good but beer #1 in New-york !

I came here with a friend on a weekday night in Nov 2017, and it was pretty empty. Neither of us were very hungry (and I was going to a food event later that night), so we just shared the vegan spring roll appetizer. It was REALLY good. The spring roll ingredients were very fresh, and the skin wrapping it was really chewy. Just delicious and fresh in general. Service was pretty good as they frequently came over to fill up our waters, and they came to see whether we wanted to order more and whether we were doing okay. My only complaint is that its definitely on the pricier side - for the spring rolls, they were $6 pre-tax pre-tip. They were pretty big, but still. Definitely come check this place out if youre in the area. Apparently theres real fish but everything else is vegan/vegetarian, so make sure you (and the friends youre eating with?) are aware of that!

THEY ARE SO ACCOMMODATING; THEY MADE THE EGGPLANT PARMIGIANA VEGAN FOR MY FRIEND BECAUSE IT LOOKED GREAT AND WAS ORIGINALLY MADE WITH EGG WHITES TO HOLD THE BREADCRUMBS ON. Went in here this weekend to have lunch with a colleague of mine. I would recommend this for a great vegetarian meal; they are pretty famous for that. They serve excellent fish too. We had a Veggie Burger and Salmon Platter, and we rejoiced every bite of it.The ambiance reminds you of a homely environment, which feels incredibly refreshing. The service was also very prompt and courteous, one of the best Ive had in the west village.Ive had many takeouts here, this was, however, my first meal in the house and I was pretty happy about my experience.Would come back pretty soon.

Quantum Leap is one of the best restaurants in the city. Notice that I said restaurants , I didnt say vegetarian or vegan. Although Quantum Leap is a vegetarian/vegan restaurant, you would never know it. The food is so tasty you will constantly question whether the meat you are eating is truly meat. The quality of the food is so fresh! If you are not sure what to eat, ask Caroline. Back in the late 90s my husband was a staunch meat eater, but now thanks to Caroline, he is a healthy vegetarian. Thank you Caroline!!!

I love quantum leap! My fiance and I go here every weekend for their brunch specials. The food is all excellent and the staff is kind and attentive. Even after youre done eating they wait to bring you the check until youve finished your coffee and conversation. Theres also always some jazz on in the background, which makes a really comfy vibe but is never too loud. Cant recommend this place enough.

Stopped here right before leaving NYC for a meal for the trip back, and Im glad we did. A long list of options of salads, sandwiches, drinks and desserts, and you can build your own sandwich or wrap if none of them suit you. At reasonable prices, this is a great quick stop in for lunch on the run.

I had the banana blueberry pancakes with imitation ham and fruit compote. I was disappointed that the fruit was not inside the pancakes. The staff was nice and service good. They kept on refilling coffee. I will rate the food average. Nice clean place. Was there with a small group.

Amazing vegan and vegetarian food, good price. Place is fine, attention is good and everything is so great. I ordered the Malibu burger and it was very very great, the buffalo wings were alright, but the chick’n soy nuggets with the amazing homemade bbq sauce were my favorite. The vegan blueberry cheesecake was unbelievable too, so were the almond milkshakes and the dumplings. Thanks for making me have all these great foods that I used to have before going vegan! Solid vegan/vegetarian options for those in the area, but not something to go out of your way for. The vegan buffalo wild wings were excellent and flavorful- definitely get those to start! I had the vegetarian curry stew, which was a bit lacking in flavor and a little watery; my friend had a veggie burger, which was much better. Overall good food for a reasonable price!

We love this place! The best vegetarian burguers Ive ever eaten and the best seasoned fries! The food is delicious and super tasty. Loved listening to the background jazz while watching the fall of the snow outside. The staff very kind and nice. We come back every time we go to Manhattan. Highly recommend!

The customer service was excellent right when I walked through the door they were so friendly. The food was GREAT! My party had the shrimp tacos, the malibu burger with soy cheese (thanks Joy) & the fiesta burger and there were NO complaints, the hummus with pita bread and the Vietnamese summer rolls with peanut sauce was our appetizer and it was great! We had the freshly squeezed carrot and carrot beet juice and they were fresh an phenomenal if your into freshly squeezed juices with nothing added. And the prices were affordable! Ill be back Quantum Leap!

They marked my food as delivered on Seamless and I had to call for them to tell me they were not going to deliver any food. Then it was eventually delivered after I cancelled and reordered somewhere else.. Impossible burger was good, but the process was terrible

I dont know if we caught this place on an off day, but the lunch we had was bland and not terribly good. The vegan hamburger ordered by our resident vegan was dry and not very flavorful. The lentil soup was okay, but lacked seasoning. I tried the vegan chicken tamale, and while I liked it, it just wasnt as good as vegetarian ones Ive eaten at other places. I gave stars mainly for service and ambience; it was a pleasant place to sit on a dreary winter day and sip chai (which is very good here: you should definitely try that). Affordable prices, very close to Washington Square and NYU campus.

Stopped in on a Sunday while they were still serving brunch. The omelet was great, especially since its hard to find a really good vegetarian-friendly omelet at the standard breakfast places. Great great great food. I had the signature leap burger and garlic fries! Delish! This burger is soy so naturally its able to hold flavors well, then its topped with avocados, red onions, mushrooms, and some kind of special sauce!The fries have crushed garlic on them. They also taste as if they were fried in garlic oil.The one star is missing for the dim lighting and simple ambiance. But that wont stop my venture back here!

My boyfriend and I always eat at this restaurant every year when we visit New York. This past August our experience was meet with a female waitress constantly staring at us smirking along with a male worker. This happen the two times we visited the restaurant. The third time(obviously we really enjoy eating here as we have for the last five years) a male waiter (very young) waited on us . He was short and not attentive at all. He questioned me on whether I was vegan or not because I asked for vegan cheese on my veggie burger (as he turned his nose up). He did not check on us durning our time their only when he was summons over. I watched him check on everyone else as he smiled and assisted them. We were very uncomfortable with our experience this year. The food was nonetheless delicious. The service needs work.

I received a great deal of food for a very good price. The dish I ordered was three tacos each with a different vegetarian protein. Each was delicious in a unique way. My server was incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcome.

I was a bit disappointed considering the rave reviews, reputation and commendations this place has. My partner’s salmon was bland and the vegetables were over-cooked. My burrito was ok but again lacking in flavour and presentation. However, the staff were lovely, welcoming and very helpful about how to veganise the veggie dishes. It was also over priced compared to other places which have cheaper, tastier options.

As a vegetarian used to limited menu options, I was overwhelmed with how many delicious choices I had!I was with my friend - we each ordered a burger and they were delicious! The plate came with yummy fries as well, for 8.95$/each.Although some of their dishes use fake meat products (i.e. soy bacon) which arent usually my favourite, it was used in a very tasteful way and accompanied by many other delicious flavours.Cute place, good service! Must go.

This place actually has some Great tasting food I actually love. I came often on weekends until the point where two separate occasions sadly turned me off. 1 where the bathroom was so dirty along with dead waterbug and 2. Where My pancakes came with a side of cranberries served to me with ants crawling inside.. not to mention no good handling of the situation. The owner/manager was there, they offered to change the ant infested cranberries and still handed me a full bill.

My colleague and I went there about 2:30 p.m. on a Tuesday. It was my first time there. The ambience is so relaxing and beautiful. The lighting is perfect, the light music playing is just right and the hospitality is very welcoming. I felt so relaxed. The staff is sweet, kind and so attentive to detail. Our food was amazing. Everything was delicious. My colleague ordered the Portobello burger, kale drink and chocolate cup cake topped w vegan ice-cream decorated to perfection. I had the dumplings with the soba noodles. WOW, what an amazing experience, LOVED IT!! Its a place that absolutely love what they are doing! I wish them the very best with continued success! Amazing!!!!

Quantum Leap is a surprising delight! Their menu list is extensive and varied with a decent amount of gluten free options and adjustments as well. We had the sweet corn polenta and the Texas bbq rib burger, both vegetarian, both delicious. My husband especially enjoyed the burger and we will be back! Came here in the afternoon absolutely famished after finishing my move and a 2 hour singing workshop. Ordered quesadilla grande and was shocked at how fresh and delicious it was. I’m not a big fan of Mexican food in general but this was insanely delicious!! It was well cooked, well seasoned and fresh off the plate! They had it ready in about 5 minutes as I was doing take out and told them my next singing workshop was starting soon! Will definitely be coming back here again and telling everyone about it!!

Very healthy food, but not the most tasty of food. If you are looking for simple, healthy, mostly vegetarian food, this place is terrific, but I found most of the dishes I had, to be rather bland or overtly sweet. For similar, and I find, tastier food, Id go to the Peacefood Cafe. Also the restaurant is very cramped.

My boyfriend and I came by late last night (about 30 minutes before closing) and they sat us and served us without any hesitation or rush. The food came out quickly and was amazing (Pad Thai and the Sliced Philly Panini). We came back again this afternoon for brunch because its just that fantastic!
