Car rental becomes as pleasant as it just can be thanks to a very polite staff. At first, I needed a car for 3 days, but then I called the company and asked for another 2 days. The manager helped me without any problems.

I have recently contacted RealCar as I needed to rent a car due to an emergency. The operation went smoothly, but I could say that the communication with managers was not what I expected. I believe they should still improve themselves in this regard, but overall the experience was great, apart from this aspect. I really love the fleet – it was extremely clean and simply looked awesome. The fact that they deliver the car to you and then pick it up when you’re done was a great time saver, especially for my emergency.The prices are better than expected, especially after you get to see the cars they have. If you need a timely car rental, I believe that RealCar is one of the best service providers around. I used the online booking system and it was impressively simple. I love that there is no paperwork involved and you can pick whatever vehicle suits your needs and preferences.

Extremely bad customer service. I just called cause I wanted to rent a car and it got declined on my email so I called to figure out why that happened and he didn’t even know. He told me “give me something” I wasn’t sure what he was talking about so I said you need my name sir? He was like yes with an attitude. Mind you the guy barely knows how to speak English. I’m extremely disappointed and never using this to rent a car again. Also there’s no premium service I called multiple times just for no one to pick up.

I’ve been using RealCar since the beginning(!) and not ONCE has the service failed to deliver. They treat you like family, not clients. While they provide VIP service, the costs are approachable. I haven’t found an alternative that checks as many boxes (they’ve also never given me a reason to look for an alternative).

Since 2014 I have always used real car when renting a car. They are extremely responsive and always have cars ready to go. What I really like the most, they are willing to bring the car at a convenient location that works for you but most importantly there no hidden fees or sketchy business.

Real Car is in fact Real! I rented a BMW X5 this weekend and they delivered the car to me and picked it up. The car was immaculate and so was the service. It is by far the best deal and service for luxury car rentals in NYC. You pay the same as a regular rental with Hertz but without the hassle and you get a luxury car to drive! I will definitely use RealCar for now on. No more Hertz or Enterprise rentals - use Real Car instead.

I have been renting cars with realcar for over a year now. Probably four times a month. And the level of service is honestly unparalleled. The employees that drop off the car are courteous and prompt. The responsiveness of the team is fantastic. And the cars are impeccably maintained. My only wish is that they rented some luxury sedans like a panamara or Tesla. But I’m sure they will get there some day soon. 100% recommend for regular use or special l occasion or work or anytime you need a reliable quality car.
