Worthless sales people.... They dont even bother about the buyer.... As per sales person Mr. Sudipta at site told us that they dont have any fixed rate... They quote a lumpsum rates of a flat.... Sale person dont even know how to deal with customer..... If any one has a self respect then they will not visit their site 2nd time..
