I recently purchased dell Inspiron 15 3593 laptop on September 17,2020.Starting From the first day the laptop performance is very poor even after updating os and windows I still face the same problem..the operations is very slow..I dont think this as new one.. behaviour is too worst..kindly dont waste your money here..Im really worried about my laptop.. please take this into consideration and kindly replace my laptop (47,000)

I would give below 1 if there was option available for that. One of the worst service centres I had experienced. Gave my lap with charger connection problem which they said will be rectified in 2 days but after 10 days they say they are not able to do it and no proper response when we check for updates

On 14 th july I visited this store and bought an inspiron 15 3593 laptop at evening.After returning home,I put the lap on charge and started using the lap on 15th early morning. I noticed the control key not working properly (stucks between).I called the bloom store person and he replied that he will ask the person from repair centre to call me .Am very disappointed about this purchase and also their comment on repairing a brand new laptop.During this corona situation,this kind of quality issues putting our lives in troubleI am expecting an replacement or refund(63500).

Worst service ever. They dont have any experienced service person. Lack of customer response .Facing the problem of my laptop hanging from past few days. Have been walking for 3 days in a row for servicing they take ur laptop in the morning and the same untouched way they return it back saying the problem is solved. But still the same. Dell should reconsider having a service centre closed down rather than disturbing and looaing trust of customers . I regret coming to BLOOM IT SERVICES for serviceing my laptop. Would not repeat my mistake ever again. Hope my review would be an eyeopener.
