Bhart Sanchar Bhavan same is the corporate office of state owned telecom operator BSNL. Entire corporate decision for Pan India is taken from this building.Nice,clean and updated building with all the required morden facilities. Officers are very professional and helpful.

Headquarter of BSNL. building looks good from outside but inside you feel a typical government office environment. Toilets are shabby. Halls are flooded with files and racks. No proper visiting areas for visitors in different floors. Poor design.

BSNL new building looks very good and structure is stunning. Its a Government building where work related BSNL is done. It is the headquarters of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. Janpat is the nearest metro station for reaching here. Janpat Market, Cannuot Place and Jantar Mantar is Very near to here.

Hugh building near TolstoyRoad and Barakhamba metrostation, remains closed on Saturday Sunday. It has own accommodations, with MTNL buildings just on the back side of the Road. It has around 24 sets of 2BHKSenior DGM, AGM, GMs have own bungalows type accommodations. Maintenance of Buildings is very poor.

Nobody knows nothing, employees enjoying sun bath, customers roaming around and wasting their leave. Sab golmaal h bhaiya. Old age persons with no hope in govt. Only passing time. I came across a person who is looking solution for his sim card but security guard trying to solve it. Later said , no pass will be allowed and guy left without solution. Let the bnsl sink.

You dont get any BSNL service here, only MTNL. They will say go somewhere other than the NCR for BSNL services

It is popularly known as BSNL which is competent to challenge private companies engaged in networking and mobile business but for unknown reasons, BSNL always maintain low profile. Its users base (93 million in 2015) is one of the largest and have a share of 60 percent in fixed telephony and broadband services but slowly it is losing its subscribers to private companies and it has become a loss making Government Undertaking. Recently, BSNL has come out with many attractive plans; it must rigorously campaign and popularise its various user friendly plans. Most of the BSNL employees need intensive capacity building so that they can also act like professionals in the private companies.

Huge office with great team ....I talked to a few people they were friendly.... I went for my training and let me in..but anyone wants to get training from bsnl they dont provide training anymore

Col V B Dutt from DehradunMy telephone/broadband is dead from all most a month in spite repeated reporting no action. Laxity seems to be because bsnl is the only provider of broadband. After exhausting all the channels for reporting faults.l am pained to post this.

Worse service in Meghalaya especially in Rural areas that is Nongtalang village, West Jaiñtia Hills, Meghalaya India Pin Code- 793109 until today we didnt have any Broadband Connection and exist only in papers.

Not expected such a good office of bsnl. With good food in canteen.

I applied for Land Line & Broad Band connection about one month back at Rudrapur, Uttrakhand. Despite regular follow-up , I am not getting the connection and I was told while application that it will be done in 3 working days. Getting excuses like: Contractor has to do it, We are looking into it, Labor is not available, etc.
