Ordered this pair online as per the website photos and Instagram photos, I was sent a completely different coloured product. ‘Cindrella Gold’ . When discussed with customer care, nil explanation or acknowledgement or apology was provided. No solution to the issue was offered, neither an exchange or refund. Apparently because I ordered from overseas, exchange was not an option. When these brands can deliver overseas, why cant they manage returns/exchanges from overseas! The customer care quoted ‘we do not entertain refunds’ !!Rude and arrogant service, completely not consumer oriented.

Overpriced. Over marketed. Too much extra branding spend to sell something worth Rs.250-350 for 2000-3000. Unfortunately the karigars wont make enough money.Only the owner plans to mint money and manipulating and marketing needledust in a pricey manner to look premium. Sad. No real value added to the karigars who need it.Also I feel fizzy goblet looks more genuine and real and they built the whole niche long ago. Needledust started to take over their niche and capturing the segment with their heavy marketing.Sad but true.

Good designs exclusive obviously.Could do better in discounts.Could do better with store peoples uniforms.The environment of the store.The dates of exhibitions. Clashing with the fact that no. Styles and sizes are kept at the stores. Really sad.Class apart designs still.

So I am a big fan of needlelust. They have basically made the Indian traditional shoes called as Jutti into a fun wear. They have amazing designs. I love the funky names they have for every design they have done. Just as a FYI, these are all handmade shoes, every piece so dont expect machine accuracy with these but I can confirm one thing that these are the best if we talk about sizing. They are so comfortable and durable. I love the Madagascar or Bohemian one. If you are an Indian, please promote Indian art and if you are a non Indian please buy this as a good takeway from India.

Bought unicorn dust juttis but the quality is not that great.It hurts my feet every time I wear it.Also, the sequins studded on it come off on every use.The ones sold at local vendors are much comfy and durable.Won’t buy again.👎🏻

Your customer care is RIDICULOUS. No one picks up the call. I have been given the wrong product and I have to either incur the cost of or your error or run around to your shops which promise to resolve the issue but then dont. Also at my own cost. Do not offer online services if youre an offline store. Never purchasing from here again and will advise everyone against this shop. Atrocious.

Absolutely abysmal customer service from Needledust. There Juttis are excellent, none else to compare to, however the executives - Manjula and Bhavna are too one of the worst, none to compare to.We ordered 3 sets one on 7th Feb, and other two on 4th of March. The person whom it was gifted to, the shoe size is not a match. All the shoes are intact and now they are refusing to cancel the order. Even if they dont have a policy for cancellation of order, what they have is for refund or exchange.

Unprofessional customer service. Ordered a jutti for rakhi which was never delivered and the staff keep blaming blue dart courier. Instead of making a effort to deliver they canceled the order, when asked what’s the option available. Please look around other juttis website before ordering

Very bad service!! I purchased jooti from select citywalk store and asked them specifically if they had all the collection that’s online and they said yes and as it was just a walk in purchase, I wanted to get the jootis exchanged for another style and was ready to even pay more for the other style and no way did the staff help me exchange the jootis!! Have bought jootis for the first time from them and this will be my very last time as well! Don’t recommend!!

It was so beautiful and good quality.I was so impressed.At first I was reluctant to order on the WebWasnt sure of site, but it was great.The jutti came within in a week.I had ordered it to Scotland.Great service, would definitely recommendthis site to you.

It was such a wonderful experience...I gifted it to my mother, fiancee and my sister...all they said was that the juttis are extremely comfortable and can be wore on different occasions. They have such beautiful designs, I feel it was worth every penny and would suggest everyone to atleast give it a try.

I bought needledust iris jutti, and its amazing.The quality of product was same as they exhibited while buying it. Its been a year and still colour and embroidery on it is intact. I was afraid that embroidery will worn out with time but thats not the case. Cost paid for the same is worth it.I recommend needledust for its unique collection of juttis.

So after hearing some rave reviews about Needledust, I ordered a Dancing Pearls jutti for my mother. Even though the jutti itself was good but there was some other factors which made the overall experience just about average.Most importantly was the courier service Needledust is using to deliver the packages; BlueDart has below par ratings on Google and my experience was no different. After failing to reach their representatives on phone, I had to personally visit BlueDart office TWICE in order to collect my order. I seriously recommend Needledust to change its courier service, which forms an integral part of online shopping experience.Secondly, I had requested for a special message to be included along with the order but on receiving the package, the message was not there; the message had somehow been missed.There were some other minor issues with the packaging and finishing of the jutti but those can still be ignored.I really hope that Needledust works on the above issues to convert its good service into a great one.
