Not proactive.They do what you can do yourself.Dont waste your money.They are not consulting you, they just follow things blindly and if you need some advice you have to do your own research and ask them.I just let my acs assessment expire because it was obvious that Australia isnt giving anyone a PR if they just meet the entry level points criteria but these guys did not bother to inform me that and wanted me to do a reassessment.I applied for Canada PR all by myself and actually did a better job that Visas avenue.I rarely give bad reviews but this I had to say to save others hard earned money.

Even if employees are serving notice period Morvin the Hr is not releasing the fnf on time which generally they should do within 45 days after last working day. Be professional for releasing someones FNF rather than extending the timeline from 45 to 60 days and so on and releasing on next salary date. Ex employee is not a Employee in present that they will wait for next salary date.The management should take action on this for the unprofessional behaviour and replies, the company run from clients but not without Employees.

They will show you a rosy picture and push you to sign their agreement. Do not sign this agreement without thinking it through and getting your case evaluated through someone else or doing your own due diligence to make sure you have a strong case. They are fully covered once you sign this agreement with them. What that means is they will refund only 25% if the case does not go through for whatever reason, even though you followed all their guidelines and suggestions. in the beginning they will assure you that you have a strong case but if the case does not go through they have still made their profit from your fee which is clearly unethical and unprofessional way of doing business. My suggestion would be to do it yourself. Everything is there on the website for each country you can sure follow all the directions and do it yourself. or do not sign this agreement and negotiate the refund amount before signing this agreement with them. ideally you can pay them 10% in the event your case does not go through. anything beyond that would be your loss.Good luck.
