I worked with Travelbinz since last 2 years and it was a good experience, i learned alot from there. Managers have a lot of knowledge and doing smart work.Environment was good and positive, they values there talents.

The office is located in a congested market area, that too in 1st floor of a residential building. From inside, its just a normal office, a bit dark shady rooms, where theres a toilet, located in the so called lobby area. Overall good staff, quite decent people, give quick response over your query. Staff has prior experience in the travel domain, majorly focusing on B2C International market.

My family needed a small vacation and so we decided to go to Singapore Malaysia (me, My wife, my son and daughter). Because it was our first time outside, we wanted to go with a trustworthy tour agent and we had heard good stories about Travel Binz. We went to their office and knew it was the right place for us. The service was quite good and fast and seemed like they are experts on these places. They had a lot of options for us to go in a group or privately. We decided a group because group is always fun. It was a 7D-8N trip and we covered almost all of Singapore-Malaysia. Asia’s futuristic city Singapore had so much to offer. My kids loved the universal studios and I am a big fan of the gardens by the bay. Marina Bay sands Casino is the place I spent a lot of time in. Moving on to Malaysia, penang is the best part of the country. The Malaysia are incredibly friendly and more fun than the locals at Singapore. However, both of the countries have their own advantages. A combination of the two is amazing and that’s how Travel Binz planned the trip for us. Great trip, coming back for more!

I have been a loyal traveller with Travel Binz and this time, our trip to Italy, my old parents accompanied, and they had some health issues as well. However, no problems were faced by neither them nor me. It takes a great deal to be patient and I thank the tour guide for doing the same.

Travel Binz did a phenomenal job planning and executing our family vacation to Rajasthan. From the very beginning of the planning phase, they were extremely thorough, patient and helpful. The hotels and local guides they picked for us were absolutely spot on. Hotels were among the most gorgeous places and the local transportation was perfectly on time. All four of us that went on the trip had a time of our lifetimes. Full credit goes to Travel Binz for planning such an awesome trip. Would 500% recommend them to friends and family!

It was our first booking experience with Travel Binz and the Agent, Brijesh assured us that it would be great. We took the trip to Maldives and it was such a great deal. I was blown away. The resorts and the meals were as amazing as the views surrounding us. We were also greeted with a glass of French Champagne, while checking-in! Small happinesss in life!

Our trip to Singapore was amazingly arranged by Travel Binz. We had no idea what to expect and from the moment we were picked up in the airport, we new we made the right choice. A representative greeted us and introduced us to our driver & from that moment on it was a carefree and memorable vacation. Our trip guide helped us plan it from beginning to end! Customizing it to our liking every step of the way. I must say, a hassle-free experience with these guys!

Well planned and good service provided by travel binz and very happy for arranging everything on time. Hotel provided to us could have been better though, hotel services were not up to the mark, faced electricity and water issues on multiple occasions. Rest all services were very good.

This was my honeymoon trip and it was better than I imagined. Travel Binz, you guys are pleasure to work with and accommodated all of our requests. Through this tour operator, we arranged the trip. These people did all kinds of arrangements, Its a 2N/3D trip. They charged me 45000 for 10 members. They made me a comfortable journey with a good experience. All over we are very enjoyed the trip and the service was wonderful.

Overall, this travel agency Travel Binz did a good job identifying two resorts for our stay in the Maldives. There are so many options we were overwhelmed with which property would be right for us. Everything in dubai looks so close but it is not and it’s better if you take a group tour or something because that’s the best way to travel. After some research I booked my and my wife’s tickets with travel Binz and it was a good decision I guess. We did the group thing and the rates were quite competitive. We were offered packages covering Burj Khalifa, Aquarium, Souks, Dubai Mall, Global village and The frame. However, all the adventure things were excluded and had to be paid for extra. Luckily we didn’t have kids so we were not very interested, so the trip made a lot of sense for us. The dubai safari was also included but the food offered wasn’t great (please carry some snacks). The best evening was the burjkhalifa evening with water fountains and it was a sight worth seeing. We also took a local tour on the metro for feels. Similar to delhi metro, nothing extraordinary. We visited a flower garden and my wife kind of enjoyed but I was not really interested. However, we had a fun time shopping and buying electronics and clothes. Maybe the itinerary could be modified a bit, but overall we are happy with the service.

I go to Hong Kong only to shop, I love Hong Kong. This time I decided to take my husband and son also with me. We took the trip with Travel Binz since I was traveling with family. We visited a lot of places that I had never been before. We took the Ngong Ping cable car and visited the giant buddha. Other than that we spent a few days eating and shopping. The trip was personalized to out taste, however there were a few glitches by the team. The ladies market in Hong kong is my paradise, however the boys too had a great time at the electronics market. The citygate outlets which are insanely famous had crazy discounts going on! What fun. We had a good trip with great central hotels and meal arrangements, also on special requests we had gotten the best flight time and day to fly. Thank you for the service.

As suggested we visited Travel Binz for our bookings and they were more than happy to help. We had a fun 5 day trip to Singapore and visited the gardens by the bay, Sentosa Island, universal studios and the old chinatown to name a few. We also managed a good deal on electronics and shopping. The Arab street and the india town were just as nice as described. Thanks to Travel Binz, we were lucky enough to swim in the infinitti pool on the top of Marina Bay Sands. The zoo was as good as we expected. The bookings and locations choosen by the team were fantastic and all points to them to do it so effortlessly. We will come back for more. Keep posting new travel ideas.

I have been an employee of this company and please believe me, when I was working in this company, I saw two such incidents which That is absolutely unbelievable. The first instance is a gentlewoman booked her tour and paid her on time,But due to the husbands cancer, she asked to cancel her package, the companys owners sister *Anshu* said that customers make such excuses to get their money out and you dont pick up the phone.Second case, a lady booked her Europe package and Travelbinz did not book a package for the lady, and when that gentleman wanted to call, Oners wife *Jyoti* laughs comfortably and does not pick up the clients phone.You will get a call throughout the day before you pay money, but after your payment they will not pick up your phone.Please do not fall into the trap of Anshu, Jyoti, Omar.And for those who want to join this travel agency to work, please think four times, dont waste your time, this is just a call center where you only have to call and yes this fraud company gives their employees in salary cash. All family members(Anshu ,Jyoti ,Umar) will constantly buzz like flies while you work.Despite being right in this company, you will not be able to justify yourself that you are not wrong. All the members of the house are running the business and no management, so think fifty times before working in this company and booking the tourAnd if you all feel that I am wrong, then I can get all of you to talk to more employees of this company.

Dreamland Travel Binz Gangtok is a big fraudWe booked a Srilanka (17D/18N) + Maldives (4D/5N) at an enormous cost.If there is a minus 5 Star I will give it. A nightmare to deal with this agent. DO NOT CHOOSE THEM to be your travel agent. You will have nothing but headaches.The good: The choice of hotels were very good. We have no complaints about any of them. High marks for the selection.The bad: No communication whatsoever with the customer. No follow-ups. No response to any requests we made. One expects providing basic service as normal. We did not get even the basics of pre-trip packages for the amount of $s we spent. Customer is the reason why they are in business. They have not understood this basic tenet.The UGLY: They over promised and under delivered. Original quote included taxes. But they opted to charge tax over and above the quoted amount. Any amount of requests to recalculate as per their original quote fell in deaf ears.At the start of the vacation, 99.9% of the payments were made well in advance. They opted to strand us by withholding all their services until that 0.1% is paid. Again, no reasons were given. Just arbitrary. No communication whatsoever. It was a miscalculation in the first place.If you want trouble free vacations do not deal with Travel Binz.

Too many stuff ups- Until they got your business they were responding immediately. Once my family was on the 33 day trip in India it was so hard to get a response. I asked for 4star hotels got given 3 which I rate as 2. Soiled bed linen, broken toilets, bugs on beds ( pictures sent to Sonia)On many occasions rooms booked to 12noon while our flights were in the night 10pm so they expected you to go by taxi etc with all your 8 suitcases and loiter on streets until your flight ( disgusting)We had to pay so much excess in hotels to keep our luggage. Although we were told we had a car daily it was a lie. Drivers refusing to take us some days as they were not paid ( excess again)They even promised to come meet us in Delhi - NO SHOW . Too guilty .SHAME ! Never again withTravel BINZ .Beware before you get duped.

So many managers changed after i did the booking , no one picked the call in urgency . after taking advance on 31.12.2018 for travel booking of 30.04.2019 they were unable to make payment to hotels , even after mentioning Jain breakfast in itenary they have not provided it . some items which were in inclusion they have not given Like SEA Aquarium , i dont recommend to book any tour with Trav Bond. Their Manager Janvi Kapoor , Sumit , Mr. Saluja all are very much careless , they just need their tour amount on time but not interested in giving service.i say this is the worst travel agency , dont do any booking with such agency .

The worst decision of my life to have chosen this agent to travel to Singapore. Though I had read some negative reviews and had doubts about them, I was convinced by the agent that some competitors write them to tarnish there names. With all the false promises from them about the package which included hotel reservations, 3 meals a day, taxi for entire 7days for airport pickup and drop and travelling to all the tourist spots and dropping us back to hotel room, entry fee for tours like madamme Tussauds, universal studio etc for all 7 days. Except for hotel reservation, we had to spend from our own pocket for everything else, though we had paid them everything in advance. We are not taking this lightly, we will take legal action against them for cheating us. We have all written proofs(mail exchanges) from them for what we were promised and what we actually got from them.

INITIALLY THEY HAD COMMITTED TO ALL BOOKINGS BEFORE BALANCE PAYMENT. LATER THEY REFUSED TO INCLUDE THE POINTS COMMITTED AND ASKED RS. 20,000/- MORE IN ADDITION TO THE BALANCE AMOUNT.THE COMPANY OWNERS ARE DEAFS AND DUMB. THEY HAD GIVEN TWO NAMES UMAR KHAN WHO IS MISSING AND JYOTI KAKKAR WHO DOESNT HAVE THE COURAGE TO ACCEPT CALLS AND ATTEND TO HER OWN DISSATISFIED CLIENTS.A FAMILY OR FRIENDS VENTURE OF 4 OR 5 PAX TO STEAL MONEY FROM PUBLIC AND RUN AWAY. This company has changed name so many times also they have other small companies that work together like travel Binz they all are theifs they will price you 3 times more and not even provide you 1/3 what they charge for. Customer services is even worse they only say that. Once you use them they won’t answer or reply your calls while you in your tour. They will promise disposable cars and other things which you will never get. They are not even worth single star. I recommend do DO NOT use them or there partners otherwise your whole trip will be spoiled. I’m a New Zealand citizen so writing this doesn’t give me anything but prevents you from having your holiday spoiled half there reviews are from there own guys to make them look good. PLEASE READ IT BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK OF BOOKING YOUR TRIP THROUGH TRAVEL BINZHORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLEWORST UNTRUSTWORTHY VERY BAD SERVICEINFACT NO SERVICEWe were a group of 16 people (family members - 2 senior citizens, 7 middle aged, 6 youngsters and 1child ) we were traveling to Singapore and I took the responsibility of the whole and i happened to get to know about TRAVEL BINZ agency online then I started chatting with this horrible agent VARUN on watsaap ,everytime i wrote to him nearly for one month before our trip about all our customised package, itinerary and needs... for everything varun said yes but he was giving only FALSE promises which we came to know only later ... just two day before our departure date they change the whole itinerary which no way serves our needs inspite of we giving them huge money ... then we asked varun why is it like this for that he gives a careless reply that reservation is not his department you have to ask SUMIT (one more horrible member of this travel binz ) then we told sumit that this is not the itinerary what we discussed with varun and asked him to redo the itinerary ... but not even varun or sumit agreeing on this and they insisting us to go according to their stupid itinerary which wont suit our group at all as we were of different age groups...it was such a panic situation I and my husband dint know how to answer our relatives as they had given their money trusting us still we said yes and went ahead with our trip... they DINT GIVE us any VOUCHERS , phone number or any name about who will pick us at airport NOTHING information about our service and if we call them no body picks the phone and inbetween this one more horrible person AKANSHA wil be calling you every now and then for payment and if you tell herabout the problem you are facing because of their travel agency she ignorantly says it is not her department she only takes care of finance... they are all FRAUDS. We had paid 95% of the amount and still this kind of serviceThen at singapore when we landed NO AGENT OR REPRESENTATIVE from TRAVEL BINZ. NEXT DAY SOME DRIVER CAME HE DONT NO ANY INFORMATION ABOUT ITENERARY , DINT EVEN GIVE US THE TICKETS FOR ALL THE TOURS and one more WORST SHOCK is sumit said that they WONT DROP us back to the HOTEL after dinner , in spite of our package covers for complete transportation during the trip and even after we pay them the balance amount they wont drop us to hotel itseems, they are just behind the money again. My husband is requesting sumit over phone not to do so as it was 10.15 pm and its late and its difficult to arrange transportation for 16 people. But sumit and varun and akansha are so heartless that they dint agree atall and they threaten us that they will cancel all our service. And THEY DID CANCEL ALL OUR SERVICE , at this point my husband got very very angry and we decided to COMPLAIN about this Horrible Travel agency and later WE OURSELVES PAID FOR ALL THE TOURS AND NEEDS FROM OUR OWN POCKETS, IT WAS SUCH A HARD TIME BECAUSE OF THIS FRAUD AGENCYWe 16 people somehow managed as my husband knew about singapore but imagine what about the people WHO DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT SINGAPORE THEY WOULD SURELY BE ON ROADS BECAUSE OF THESE KIND OF FRAUDSTERS SO PLEASE BEWARE OF TRAVEL BINZBEWARE OF VARUNBEWARE OF SUMITBEWARE OF AKANSHADont read the reviews about travel binz what these people send you they are all false it is written by themselvesIf you want to know their real reviews read on trip advisors ,I wish I had read before, they wil say all these negative comments are written by competitors DONT BELIEVE THEM. You will end up having PANIC ATTACKS... they are just sub co- ordinates they areNot capable of doing any work. They just want money. Please if you want your vacation not to be a NIGHTMARE then PLEASE DONT CHOOSE TRAVEL BINZ AT ANY COST. IT WOULD BE BETTER YOU CANCEL YOUR VACATION RATHER THAN PLANNING YOUR PRECIOUS TRIP THROUGH THIS HORRIBLE TRAVEL BINZ AGENCY .

From booking to receiving everything was good. I liked their professionalism.

Beware of the company , pay higher to another tour operator but you may get the services. Here their pricing is just a bait.P.S. I am not associated witha ny travel agency I am not a competitor trying to defame them as they claim

Hi everyone , I am totally agree with all the above said statementThis company is fraud and has no relevance . We have been trapped in their dreamy worldJust to clarify bit more like i have booked dubai tour through travel binz for 4 person i have paid almost half of the amount but they did not book the tickets neither provide any confirmation for booking . When me any my family visit their office they misbehaved with us , use harsh language . and did not pay heed to this matter . When we threatened them for police complaint then they have refunded our moneySo I am requesting to everyone please do not book your trip from travel binz otherwise you will remember this in rest of your life

Hi guys I really want to share my WORST experience during my honeymoon travel booking with this FRAUD COMPANY TRAVEL BINZ...They are the biggest cheaters I have ever met with ...they just make false promises to grab customers....We were in continuous contact with an employee named VARUN .they make fake confirmations regarding your travel package and then take the booking amount from you ...In our case they did the same ...We planned our HONEYMOON trip to Sri Lanka and Maldives... They confirmed and customized our itinerary according to us and promised to provide us the 5 star property over there ...we booked our package 4 months prior to our marriage ...Even after multiple reminders they avoided to provide the booking voucher ..and after 2 months they denied our stay at Maldives and asked us to just book Sri Lanka with them and Maldives with some other travel agent .. VARUN is the biggest liar and the most coward person....we tried contacting the company numerous times and they dont even have GUTS to take customers calls ...They denied to even refund our advance booking amount with was huge and said this is not there mistake at any point ...We contacted VARUN multiple times and he denied our calls and said to contact other person named SUMIT ...SUMIT said to call VARUN and VARUN said to call SUMIT ...THE MOST LIAR COMPANY WITH LAIR EMPLOYEES...I think this is OUR BIGGEST MISTAKE FOR CHOOSING THIS BACKSTABBER COMPANY ...I would strongly recommend NOT TO USE this company .. they will ruin your travel...They just take the advance money from customers and then dont even bother to call them back for any confirmations.

I travel to Singapore and Malaysia through travel binz they have given the responsibility to Apollo travel in both country in Malaysia provided good services but in singapore Apollo is worst very poor services mis behaved too.. One thing i want to tell you give the customer a clear itinerary you are giving 12 hrs before that you have to go this place this is very confusing at all..You dont clear about vouchers and tickets of the place which you are giving there same day i am getting of few passes so i cant able to buy other tickets because 1 day before i have to purchase ticket so please clear everything to customer before.. i asked so many times then also you didnt respond after taking money you keep silent dont respond to call and messages too Varun is the selles persons he talk nicely before taking money after that they will not respond very money minded as they promised for room decoration cake cutting and activities but they didnt provided as i called them too..

I have very bad Experience with company, they are giving very poor quality of service, there is no proper response from Customer support.
